While they have been helpful in drafting new policies, they haven't provided much guidance for complex HR issues. Instead they have given vague, obvious, or unrealistic advice. Their AI systems however do ask questions and help shape disciplinary documentation that has previously been challenging to get started. The AI system also knows when a previous disciplinary action has been taken and will ask if this is a continuation of the situation that needs to be escalated. Bambee has also tried to slip in subscription type services and seem to hope that no one notices that they're being charged monthly for things that they may not be using. Overall the experience has been mediocre relative to the overall costs. Pros Training options and some guidance are available. Storage of HR documents and policies. Assistance with creating new policy. AI processing of workflows has streamlined some common disciplinary tasks. Cons Customer support is lacking. Our dedicated HR manager has changed a dozen times in the past few years. Reps are unresponsive or not helpful when asking billing questions or asking for refunds on products that were mischarged. Pricing model has changed since we first started using Bambee leading to unexpected charges or charges that were difficult to cancel. Zero customer service. Endless problems for every employee of the company. They're unethical and their entire service is a SCAM. Pros There is not one thing I can think of that I liked about Bambee. Terrible Service. Cons They never responded to you messages about payroll questions. They never responded to any questions we had. They also with held all employees W2s because of a payroll tax payment of a few hundred dollars that we were NEVER notified about until a couple days ago. This is ILLEGAL. The disciplinary process can be overwhelming but having an outside source help to sort matters is most accommodating. This is where Bambee's staff beats the software. Awesome team!!! Pros I actually like the policy signing and storage as well as the report cards for employees. Cons I am still learning the software but that I have used is most accommodating.
