The staff is attentive and having tried to launch an online store with other Connect Suites, i95 came in with the best solution. Pros Our business is complex and the i95 software bridged the gap between out online store and our ERP system perfectly. We loved the flexibility of the software. Cons With a complex business model it is tough to get everything that we need. This is inherent is all of these software packages.
