O problema é que o suporte não funciona e carregamos os bugs por meses sem solução Cons FUJAM DESTA EMPRESA: Estou totalmente arrependido com a contratação do Magis5. Na hora da venda do serviço, é tudo lindo. Uma vez que começamos a pagar, tudo muda. Contratei a empresa para realizar integração da minha loja virtual ao meu ERP e a operação iniciou em Novembro/2023. Desde então, venho tendo muitos problemas relacionados ao processo de Pós-Venda deles. Problema 1: Antes mesmo de a solução estar 100% implementada e funcionando corretamente, me excluiram do grupo de implantação e transferiram para o grupo de suporte "normal" de pós venda - Mesmo eu tendo alertado diversas vezes que a solução ainda tinha diversos bugs que precisavam ser resolvidos antes que fizessemos isto. Problema 2: Equipe de suporte absurdamente despreparada. Demoram a responder e têm uma dificuldade enorme em entender o problema. Passam as primeiras horas de abertura do chamado tentando provar que não há nenhum problema. Só depois 2 a 3h entendem haver um problema e começam a tratar. Problema 3: NÃO HÁ PREVISÃO DE RESOLUÇÃO DOS BUGS/PROBLEMAS APONTADOS. Estou com diversos problemas não resolvidos há 2 MESES!!!!!!! 2 meses que minha plataforma está parada!!!!!!! Um absurdo. Ficamos totalmente reféns deles. Ainda tenho que ouvir frases como: "o responsável pela resolução está com diversos compromissos fora do escritório, logo, não consegue resolver" Resumindo: é o pior suporte de pós venda de uma solução SAAS que eu já vi. Completo descaso. Minha loja virtual está parada há 2 meses enquanto eles não resolvem os DIVERSOS chamados abertos. FUJAM!!!!
