FREELANCE Marketing and Advertising ### "KONTA, bonita plataforma pero no sirve realmente como un servicio contable." 2.0 Overall Rating 2.0 2.0 Ease of Use 4.0 4.0 Features 3.0 3.0 Customer Service 1.0 1.0 Likelihood to Recommend 5/10 September 20, 2025 Sí eres primerizo NO te recomiendo esta plataforma, yo busque un servicio de contabilidad justo porque no sé de contabilidad, sentí que nada más gaste dinero a lo bruto, estuve haciendo declaraciones y hasta 6 meses después me dicen que estaban mal y se tienen que volver a hacer (lo cual fue súper estresante porque los contrate para que me avisaran en tiempo y ellos me dijeran como hacerlo NO para estresarme y complicarme más las cosas) Así como unas facturas, yo no sé, por algo contrato un contador, y me dijeron que era muy fácil, avisan hasta 3 meses después que detectaron las hice mal, y solo porque yo hable consultar, de ellos no salió avisarme (porque las haces tu, y esta pésimo porque uno luego tiene tiempo hasta las 7 u 9 de la noche porque esta trabajando y ellos ya no tienen atención a esa hora y no hay manera de que alguien te asesore de tú factura) .... Por recomendación de ellos me puse como Persona con Actividades Empresariales PÉSIMO para el giro de trabajo que tengo, un amigo contador me dijo después que ellos debieron hacer mi cambio a RESICO (porque ello fueron los que se ofrecieron a hacer mi cambio) . Pros Sí ya le sabes a la contaduría y tienes noción al 100% la interfaz esta muy padre y hace el proceso más sencillo, francamente es muy fácil en comparación a el Portal de SAT. Además de que esta accesible y el servicio es deducible, sí no necesitas el apoyo de un contador y ocupas justificar $900 pesos mensuales esta bien, Puedes personalizar tus facturas (pero complementos de pago no puedes generar) Cons Para alguien que busca un contador o servio de porque no sabe del tema contratar a KONTA es pésima idea, al principio la atención "bien" pero realmente te sientes solo y desatendido con tu contabilidad, y la asesoría en vez de ayudarte, te confunde un montón. En la llamada reprogramada no avanzamos en nada, es ahí cuando me informan de que mi cita con el SAT se ha cancelado. - nos quedamos como 30 minutos callados esperando a que la página del SAT responda, pudiendo haber consultado otras cosas. - el único avance fue la programación de una junta de presupuesto con el agente \[contenido sensible oculto\] - se reprogramo la llamada para cuando tenga mi cita, el 4 vence la mensualidad y no llevamos nada de la contabilidad.
