Maestra is an all-in-one personalization platform for DTC brands. Its core is a real-time CDP that provides unified customer profiles, identity resolution, and granular segmentation (nested segments, calculated and custom fields). Maestra also supports omnichannel messaging across email, SMS, MMS, RCS, push, messengers, chatbots, paid media, and even offline, so brands can coordinate communication across all major touchpoints. Maestra enables site and app personalization with pop-ups, stories, banners and bars, surveys, and other dynamic blocks. It also offers recommendations, product-discovery quizzes, and product visuals for ads. The platform offers ready-to-use loyalty bonuses, personal discounts, and referral systems. Maestra includes analytics with detailed reporting and configurable attribution. Maestra provides white-glove service: each client gets a dedicated CSM who helps you with everything from integrations to strategy via a shared Slack channel and weekly Zoom calls.
