I have been working with Pinya HR for several years. This software has truly simplified many processes in our company—from absence tracking and familiarization with manuals to managing HR documents. Pinya HR is very user-friendly for both employees and administrators. We can only recommend it.

Pros

What we value most about Pinya HR is that all employee information is in one place. We also appreciate the simple way employees can report their absence. The onboarding process helps new employees get started in our company. PinyaHR continuously improves and expands its features and always offers advice whenever we encounter a problem.

Cons

For our needs, we do not find any drawbacks in Pinya HR. During the software implementation, we discussed certain features with Pinya, but I believe everything was fulfilled.

More than a year after implementation, we are satisfied with Pinya HR. Positive feedback has also come from other teams. Thanks to its connectivity, we have connected our HR system with PowerBI and Sharepoint.

Pros

Pinya is an intuitive system not only for HR but also for other teams, managers and employees. The system is still alive and constantly improving.

Cons

Some modules are still in their beginnings and do not offer their full potential. But as I said, it is a constantly improving system.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. The system is stable, easy to navigate, and well accepted by all users across the company. Continuous improvements contribute to better processes and a smoother daily routine. I appreciate the vendor’s proactive approach and fast reaction times, which make the system reliable and pleasant to work with.

Pros

Pinya HR offers a very intuitive and user friendly interface that makes daily HR tasks smooth and efficient. Regular updates and continuous improvements from the vendor noticeably enhance overall workflow. The support team responds quickly to any questions or requests, which adds great value to the experience.

Cons

There is nothing significant to mention. Minor adjustments appear from time to time but they are usually resolved very quickly thanks to the responsive support team.

Overall, our experience has been positive. The system is intuitive, the support team is responsive, and it helps us keep HR data organized. There are still a few features that would make our work easier if implemented, but so far, we are satisfied with how it works.

Pros

The system is very clear and easy to navigate. The training and onboarding process went smoothly, and every time we had a question, we received helpful and timely answers. The interface feels modern and user-friendly.

Cons

Because we work in healthcare, it can be challenging to set up all levels of access rights correctly. It’s also a bit complicated to manage different types of employment contracts and part-time workloads in bulk. During the initial import of our employee database, some data didn’t upload correctly.

We have been using the program in our company for more than two years and we are very satisfied with it. In particular, I have enjoyed working with the employees to fill out the questionnaires through the program and getting their opinions on a particular situation.

Pros

From the HR manager's point of view, all the necessary information about the employee is in one place (employee card). Specifically, it is an overview of employment contracts, various training courses and medical examinations. In Pinya HR we often use the news tab to inform employees.

Cons

I haven't come up with anything yet. If I run into a problem I don't know how to handle, the program support works great and fast!

I am completely satisfied. Both with the functioning of the HR system and with the support from \[sensitive content hidden\] or the support staff. They always try to accommodate and help and advise with everything.

Pros

Everything is completely intuitive, even new employees will immediately find their way around the Pinya environment.

Cons

The beginnings were a bit cumbersome, but whatever we came up with, Pinya tried to accommodate us and implement it in Pinya in a customized way.

We were looking for a solution for our HR administration and we found what we needed in Pinya HR. With good support, we are able to adapt the modules to our requirements.

Pros

I like the most the graphic representation, easy and intuitive navigation on the employee card, content of the modules.

Cons

The setup of the modules itself was not so intuitive; one had to repeatedly return to certain steps.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Pinyi. It helped us set up our HR processes. And even though we are not using it fully yet, we don't regret it now. We are constantly discovering new modules and it always brings us more positive experiences and simplifications. I definitely recommend this HR system.

Pros

We appreciate the great help in administrative processes and the user-friendly environment.It has simplified our approval of absences in the company; complicated signing of documents; any surveys, manuals and much more... our employees have everything simply online.

Cons

Sometimes it happens that it would be more logical for the user to have a function differently. In such cases, it is not a problem to discuss everything with Pinya and they are always happy to help.

My overall experience with Pinya HR is very positive, the implementation was not difficult, I did it alone with the help and training of Pinya HR team ( btw I am double hatted: CEO and HR) so I am really very busy and it brought lot of benefits to our employee and management team.

Pros

After the implementation, we have all HR information on one place, user friendly an easy to manage. Employees like it and its very useful for HR and management team

Cons

It has limited space for modification, but on the other hand Pinya team is always very supportive and try to find the solution for our problems

We chose this tool driven by our desire to automate and accelerate HR processes, and the system has allowed us to do just that. It has simplified tasks such as submitting and approving requests, generating documents, and providing clear visibility into employee benefits and anniversaries. The system's intuitive user interface has made it easy for our team to adapt quickly, enabling us to streamline various HR operations. Additionally, the overall organization and transparency offered by the tool have greatly improved our ability to manage HR tasks efficiently and effectively.

Pros

What we value the most is the ease of submitting requests for approval and the efficient management of the approval process.

Cons

What we are least satisfied with is the employee development system and the performance evaluation system. We find that these features don't fully meet our needs and could benefit from more flexibility and customization to better align with our internal processes and objectives.

We use Pinya HR for 10 SME's companies in our group. Perfect are especially onboarding, e-singnature of personnel documentation and internal guidelines sharing.

Pros

Modern interface, simple and smart design of the app and user-friendly support. We would like to highlight the active and willing support during Pinya HR implementation and the effort to continuously develop the system.

Helpful, nice support, they try to communicate with us as much as possible. They always help. For us, it would be necessary to increase the capacity for customer support in Pinya. :-)

We went through a selection process with 54 requirements in 6 areas of HR agenda, operations and training. During the evaluation, Pinya HR did not have a single red flag. A few items were orange, but promises are continuously being fulfilled, as per the submitted and published change and innovation rote-map. The deployment was straightforward, it helped us to digitize the HR agenda efficiently and allowed us to optimize most of the downstream processes. Coverage of our requirements, the opportunity to participate in further development and prioritization of requirements, openness and friendliness of the sales and implementation team, including quality training.

Cons

Some agendas do not interact. Some features of the system are different than our needs, but it was not a problem to adapt to them.
