The platform is user-friendly, engaging for supporters, and helpful for managing our campaigns. Pros I appreciated how intuitive the Pledge It platform was for both staff and supporters. It made managing campaigns straightforward and created a seamless experience for donors. I also loved that those who created a pledge knew when they were going to be billed. The reminder emails were also great for the golfers reminding them to close their page. She responds promptly and makes everything run smoothly. Pros We have been using Pledge It for many years now and it's our only fundraising method. It is so easy as \[sensitive content hidden\] sets everything up and our players follow the instructions. The ease at which the whole campaign runs is the best part. We wouldn't use any other fundraiser, and I have shared Pledge It with other organizations in and outside our school. Cons I really don't have any complaints, nor can I think of any real cons. We raised more than $40,000 with no hassles and at a very low cost. Love it! I have been running peer to peer fundraisers on multiple platforms for more than 10 years - and this is simply the best I have found. I strongly recommend it to non-profits for its ease of use, reliability. and spectacular campaign and tech support. It is a great platform and a terrific team. Pros Pledge It is a great platform that is user friendly for nonprofits and donors to use. We switched from another platform that limited our abilities to customize our fundraising page. All peer-to-peer fundraisers shared they had no problems with creating their page or sharing it with their friends. The support team walked me through creating the page, new updates, and answered the 100 questions I had with a smile. Thanks Pledge It for making the busy event seasons less stressful! Cons Nothing at the moment. Pledge It does a great job at rolling out new features every few months. Thanks for doing that! Pros Pledge It was a very comprehensive platform that allowed our virtual Race for Research fundraiser to engage our community with an easy, clean user interface. Cons There were a lot of layers to figure out to make sure everything was completed. It was easy to work through, but there were essentially two separate parts within the dashboard which made it a tiny bit confusing. Also, there was no easy way to handle family or team package sales. All of my questions were answered quickly during the initial setup phase and then throughout the following months during registration and fundraising. Cons Does any system do exactly what you need it to do in exactly the way you want? Pros The most important feature was the drop down feature where race participants could choose from over 1300 schools to support with their donations. This was the critical piece that made the event successful. The ability to find their tiny rural school in Jamaica is what mobilized people to start donating online and it became a friendly competition between schools and their alums. The leaderboard was another feature that donors enjoyed and fueled the competition even more. Cons The inability to register more than one race participant under one email address. Also having an awesome customer service rep that was available to me made any questions or concerns never a problem. Cons At first there wasn't a lot of flexibility on making the page formatted the way I wanted but they have improved that. Also having the ability to post videos right on the page would be an excellent improvement. Ability to create different layouts, categories, offers a more personal site for the user. Reminder features, email templates for donation, welcome, thank you, etc. Cons Would have to go to each fundraiser's page to remove "featured" activities, instead of on the "featured" layout. No photo attachment when emailing groups. Cannot email to an individual fundraiser or donator.
