Pros Strong customer support, response promtly and prefessional. The system is very easy to use and understand. The price is very competitive. Cons Nothing has been found yet. The staff (\[sensitive content hidden\] and \[sensitive content hidden\]) were both so helpful and knowledgeable and wanted our experience to be all that we hoped it would be. This was our second time using CondoVoter and we have recommended them to many others! Pros How easy and efficient the site and staff were! \[sensitive content hidden\] was so professional and knowledgeable. CondoVoter made what could be a stressful obstacle actually kind of fun! Cons The only thing that would be nice is if we could somehow find a way to "mark" and/or remove names of people who did not vote online to be removed from the "owners who have not voted" when they vote by paper ballot. We had so few, but it would still be nice to remove them from the list. Once again, we achieved a record turnout, which speaks volumes about how effective the platform is. Our community skews toward an older demographic, so ease of use is critical—and we received numerous compliments from residents on how simple and straightforward the voting process was. Pros From a management perspective, the backend of the software is extremely helpful and intuitive. I really appreciate the ability to clearly see which owners have voted and which have not—while still maintaining the integrity of the election, as individual vote selections remain confidential. The system also automatically tracks quorum, calculates voting percentages in real time, and provides a clear snapshot of how the vote is progressing. Another standout feature is the automated reminder system, which prompts owners who have not yet voted—helping to drive participation without adding extra administrative work. Cons I honestly can’t point to any drawbacks—the software does exactly what I need in a way that’s easy to navigate and user-friendly. Cons I paid for technical setup and support for a hybrid meeting. I have never seen such unprofessional service at a meeting. The "tech" brought a sheet and a flimsy PVC frame to project our meeting. My Regional and I had to hold the PVC frame on each side because it wouldn't even stand on its own. The PVC frame was not correctly set up. The pieces of frame at the top were not connected so the whole "sheet" setup was folded. The tech was late, did not arrive until 15 minutes before the meeting start, and the setup wasn't complete until well after our meeting started. The sheet was dirty. I expected CondoVoter to bring a real projector screen. One of my residents commented that he hadn't seen a projection onto a sheet since he was a kid. It was frankly an embarrassment. The representative was very professional. Cons The management page was ok, however, i found it to be very complex and a lot of information. Pros Client support and ease of use. We have worked with Condo Voter many times and each meeting has been a success. Cons Nothing that I can think of off hand. They were so organized and responsive throughout the entire process, and so patient with me while I asked a million questions and changed plans a few times. Plus, online, advanced voting was clearly a win for our organization as that was the most people we've ever had vote at an AGM. We will definitely use them again in the future.
