Cons

Pros

A diversidade de operações é grande, desde pagamentos a investimentos. Excelente ferramenta para operações financeiras.

Cons

A atualização das informações de gastos precisa melhorar, mesmo após o pagamento de faturas, a atualização é demorada, as vezes em vários dias. Creio que essa atualização deve ser na mesma hora.

Eu gosto bastante do PicPay, você consegue ativar cashbacks com compras online direcionadas pelo app, consegue comprar gift cards e facilita sua vida em não precisar ir no banco. Não tenho do que reclamar.

Pros

O app é muito simples de usar, você consegue bloquear o cartão rapidamente apenas usando o app, sem necessidade de perder tempo falando com um atendente. As vezes não sei onde está o cartão e consigo fazer um bloqueio temporário no aplicativo em menos de 5 minutos. Basicamente da para resolver tudo ali mesmo sem precisar de auxilio e é isso que eu mais gosto. Nunca precisei perder tempo indo atrás de atendente, porque é de fácil entendimento.

Cons

Ainda não achei pontos negativos no app do Pic Pay

PicPay além de ser uma empresa com nome forte no mercado, é também uma carteira digital incrível. Vários estabelecimentos aceitam, o que facilita muito pra quem não quer sair de casa com carteira e só com o celular.

Não ter cartão de crédito, só débito. Acho que só isso.

No geral, eu gosto de usar o aplicativo, não tive problemas até hoje, mas não me sinto totalmente segura ou informada ao usá-lo.

Pros

Utilizo o PicPay principalmente como uma forma de "investimento" para reservas de dinheiro. Nesse cenário, o que mais gosto é a maior rentabilidade, por mais tempo, que ele oferece, em comparação a outros bancos digitais. Também tem muitas formas de pagamentos, transações e afins.

Cons

Não gosto tanto do layout do aplicativo, não é muito intuitivo (com muita poluição visual) e é difícil consultar algumas informações, principalmente de forma mais detalhada, por vezes nem existe tais informações disponíveis (o que passa uma sensação de insegurança).

Tudo, pagamentos de boletos com parcelamento, pix com cartão de credito, pagamento via QR code diretamente no estabelecimento, alem de campanhas e cashhback.

Cons

Eu acho que deveria melhorar os cashback, pague um amigo e ganha dinheiro de volta, pague um boleto e ganhhe dinheiro de volta; geralmente essas ações são para o primeiro uso, pois faz tempo qe não recebo tal ação, mesmo assim eu utilizo bastante, e amo.

Pros

O que mais me chamou atenção foi a facilidade de encontrar amigos para poder fazer pagamentos ou até mesmo realizar uma cobrança de maneira fácil, outra função muito boa é que pode divir uma conta com uma amigo.

Cons

O que nenos gostei foi as altas taxas de juros quando, vou fazer um pagamento de boleto com cartão de crédito, poderia trazer taxas mais atrativas para os usuários.
