**Pros:** eIMMIGRATION's comprehensive suite of features appears to be designed to address the specific needs of immigration professionals, aiming to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and promote transparency within their practice.

**Cons:** While eIMMIGRATION offers various features, I find limited flexibility in customizing workflows or specific functionalities to perfectly suit my individual practice preferences. However, eIMMIGRATION team is trying to accommodate more training sessions to help us adopt to the tool.

"Best tool ever"

**Overall:** Fantastic, since we've been using it has made our life easier, and allowed us to track our clients in a better way.

**Pros:** It's a product easy to use and gives you the best tools to work with, makes everything really easy to understand. I'm really amazed by the software due to all the features it has. Besides, the integration with the business has been simple and practical.

**Cons:** The only thing that I don't like that much is that they do not have an app for the cellphone, it would be great.
