It is the best software available, highly customizable, great integration with QuickBooks online, and the ability to send SMS to texts to clients. The team is highly responsive to myself and my staff with any questions. **Pros:** The QuickBooks synchronization, client logs and customizable reporting relying on custom client and case fields. **Cons:** The lack of integration with Google contacts and calendar.
