### "Only wish I had started using eiAir sooner!!!"

I gladly encourage all attorneys I know to use eiAir for the immigration client Management. It is the best software available, highly customizable, great integration with QuickBooks online, and the ability to send SMS to texts to clients. The team is highly responsive to myself and my staff with any questions.

Pros

The QuickBooks synchronization, client logs and customizable reporting relying on custom client and case fields.

Cons

The lack of integration with Google contacts and calendar. I want a more robust calendar Integration with Google including all sub-calendars not just the main calendar.

Personal recommendation from a colleague with a similar practice, expandable modules and reasonable pricing per user.

Pros

Reliable comprehensive platform for client database, notes, billing and forms population. We rely almost exclusively on eImmigration in our affirmative application work. Being able to build custom reports has been extremely helpful.

Cons

The database is very "deep" and it can sometimes be difficult to find what you are looking for through the custom reports.

Great. Anytime I have a problem I email my rep \[sensitive content hidden\] and within minutes she either fixes it or has someone calling me to get it fixed.

Pros

How easy it is to learn and access from anywhere, even my phone while I’m in traffic.

Cons

Forms, notes, billing, tracker, notification, and priority date emails when an I-130 is current.

Great customer service! The trainings are extremely valuable and in each one hour session I learnt so much. Clients also have an easy time filing out the questionnaires and using the software.

Pros

I like how the company is very open to the clients and making improvements. Over the approx 3 years that I have been using this product, I have been happy to see how many changes have been made. It was user friendly from the beginning but they keep making improvements to save you more and more time and streamline processes.

Cons

My only issue with the software is that our law firm deals with other fields besides for US immigration. It means that I can't have those cases in eimmigration. This is the same issue I would have with any immigration software so I can't complain

It is an internet based application so in the rare occasion the internet goes down it is challenging to get the job done.

They're super responsive and great to work with. They may not have all the whistles and bells as some newer systems, but they are working on them.

Pros

I like that they've been around awhile and that I can trust that they'll be here for the next 20+ years (always worry about that with some of the newer systems). They aren't stuck, though. They're taking some really great ideas with online questionnaires, automated form creation, and automations.

Cons

I'm not thrilled with the client interface. We haven't rolled this out to our clients, fearful that it will lead to more questions than answers.

Overal, our experience with eIMMIGRATION has been fantastic. The software is easy to use and the customization options are essential for our work. In addition, the customer service has been amazing. Whenever questions come up, eIMMIGRATION's customer service team is responsive and helpful.

Pros

eIMMIGRATION is great software. One of the main benefits is the ability to customize almost everything. For our office, the ability to customize log types, case processes, and reports is instrumental to our work. We are funded through multiple grants that require diffferent data to report. We are able to customize data fields that we need in order to report. In addition, the case logs are able to be customized to identify the processes throughout the life of a case.

Cons

The only adjustment in using the software is learning all of the multiple functions. In addition, now that there is a dashboard, it would be helpful to customize the dashboard to display your personal cases and tasks rather than the entire organization's most recently updated profiles and tasks.
