Pros

Cons

I wish it would auto-save, it has caught me a few times when the power glitches, and I lose my work.

Very good. Clean, easy to use, and has everything we need. Form filling is crucial to my job, and eimmigration makes it simple to access and fill.

Pros

I love the layout, it's quite easy to find everything I'm looking for. It is not missing anything in terms of tools, and it generally works very quickly.

Cons

I do not like that only one user can log on to an account at the same time; when we hold workshops, for example, we don't have enough accounts for all the staff working.

We have been with eImmigration for about 5 years, and we continue to integrate it into our workflows. It has become an excellent tool that provides room for creativity and customization for the way we want to run our practice as we continue to grow and scale.

Pros

The fundamentals are solid and easy to use. This includes preparation of all the immigration forms, entering data once and populating all relevant forms. Also, proper logging of case progression. The next is an open environment that can be flexed through all the different aspects of your office management. An example would be the integration with LawPay and invoicing. An advanced feature for those willing to put in the time, is the ability to create custom fields, custom forms and intakes, custom reports, and automations. It is an extremely powerful system that has many layers for those willing to learn. An A+ feature is that eImmigration will schedule time with you to train on these advanced features so you are not left to fend for yourself. Yes, at the end, the people behind the platform is what makes eImmigration special.

Cons

Some of the features are not easily obvious. But it rewards those that are willing to explore and again eImmigration is available to train.

I like it and find it very useful, you can have all the information in one place, track time spent for each client, follow the procedure and bill.

Pros

You can have a large database with clients and cases and each client can have many cases. Data only needs to be uploaded once which saves a lot of time. Forms autopopulate and you can use it to fill forms online too.

Cons

Sometimes there are mistakes with the populations so you need to review every form filled out.

Our team operates within a walk-in immigrant and refugee center in Cleveland, Ohio. We were overwhelmed with the number of tasks we had to do to prepare applications - manually entering client data that was written on paper questionnaires, keeping case notes in docs, tracking reminders with a calendar, crunching numbers for grants with spreadsheets. Our team was drowning in our to-do list.We had heard about different case management software. But we also heard about the expense. We were hesitant to give them a shot. Then, I heard about eImmigration. I was intrigued when I heard there was a flat yearly rate, not a charge per case. After learning about the offered services I thought it was too good to be true. But after our consultation, I was sold!eImmigration has helped us level-up our practice in ways I did not think was possible. Customizing the questionnaires to focus only on the questions and data we need has made our clients, many with low computer literacy skills, much more comfortable and confident. This has in turn taken a large burden off our staff, allowing them to focus on other needs. As a result, we are now working more efficiently on a higher number of cases, in a faster amount of time, than ever before.Thank you for making a product that is affordable and reliable. I would recommend eImmigration to anyone looking to level-up their practice. Thank you!

My overall experience thus far has been an excellent one, especially with Customer Support, definitely value for money and well worth the price. Also, there are so many added features like word processing and PDF editing embedded in the form process that you can do everything under one umbrella and not have to download and edit externally. Contact options; phone call, email, and support link in the program, all options are always answered in a very almost immediate manner which reduces wait time for resolutions.

Pros

The best part is the ease with which we were able to transition from another system that we were testing and also our in-house system. The training team was very informed and literally could answer all our questions, the training was very in-depth to ensure we could start using the product immediately. Thumbs up to the Customer & Tech Support teams, they respond almost immediately to queries and if an email or text is still not clear someone will walk you through the process over the phone until it is resolved; that surpassed my expectations.

Cons

I am not so keen on doing any of the setup and mapping, and I wish they would do it for us, that is a bit time-consuming and also makes you feel like having to learn SQL.

Their program does not have the components that they had advertised, I've been awaiting an App to be fixed for over 3 months, client info is not mapping nor populating properly and Customer Service and Tech support are the worst I have had to endure, at best they are not informed and cannot answer the queries hence the resolution goes on a waiting list and we were still waiting on answers even when we left. Sometimes the managers and Tech support teams do not respond to your emails for days and sometimes weeks, when they do respond it is with an attitude !! Their phones usually go unanswered Switching to Cerenade was a no-brainer!!! .

It has been excellent, they have a great customer service, they are always willing to help you by walking you through the process, or sharing self guiding videos, trainings, etc. As a non profit it has help me to generate reports in a shorter amount of time, that other wise will take forever to do it through Excel.

Pros

That is adaptable, it allows the organization to build their own custom fields, reports, notifications type, etc.

Cons

Really, nothing so far eImmigration has being a reliable tool for our Legal Department.

I've been using Cerenade's eIMMIGRATION for years and never looked back. The software is comprehensive and efficient for filing all immigration cases, and you can even e-file all the e-fileable USCIS forms now. They have free and unlimited world-class customer support, great features, and pricing. I switched from Docketwise, which has many glitches, is too expensive, not secure, and charges extra for customer support. The difference is like day and night. I highly recommend eIMMIGRATION if you want data security, excellent feature functionality, best-in-class customer service, and the best value for your money.

Pros

eIMMIGRATION has excellent features, is user-friendly, powerful case management, excellent easy to use forms, and has world-class customer support and pricing. Also, allows you to create your own forms. easy to use interface

Cons

No complaints on our end. I also am using their platform for case management called eCMS. The interface is great. They also have great tools and tip for personal injury pre-litigation and litigation. They also have all the judicial counsel forms. They also have forms of pleading and practice for products liability. I am hoping for forms for discovery in products liability to be enhanced.

I've used Eimmigration for over a decade and it's been a critical part of my success as a practitioner and as a manager. From completing immigration forms to running complex reports on thousands of clients and cases, Eimmigration has been the right solution for me no matter the size or complexity of my immigration practice. It was the right option as a young startup, and as my practice grew so did our use of Eimmigration.

Pros

Eimmigration saves time by storing all my clients' information in one place, so that I can easily transfer it to one or multiple forms without constantly re-entering the same data. With questionnaires and intake forms, my client can provide information and documents through a secure client portal that I can review and incorporate into their profile. Whether I am traveling, at home or at my office, Eimmigration is ready to do business whenever or wherever I am.

Cons

Due to the high level of customization available with Eimmigration, users must invest time in setting up, learning and training staff on the software. Most practitioners have been trained on filling out forms directly, therefore one must exercise discipline in learning how the software works and, therefore, how to make the most of its time-saving and powerful features.

Cerenade has so many features for me to enumerate in my review, and I have not yet used all of them as some are beyond what I need in my practice. For the features and how to use them, you can access their website and schedule a free demonstration to learn more about it and how the Cerenade team can tailor the software to your needs depending on the characteristics of your cases and clients. In addition, Cerenade keeps a youtube channel where you access general and specific instructions videos to learn more about a feature you want to use.The main reason I decided to use Cerenade is the ability to automatically generate immigration forms for my cases independently of how many forms and beneficiaries I must add to an immigration case. This feature made my practice much more productive, saving an enormous amount of time that was used before for compiling and reviewing the information in each form separately.If you value your time as I do mine, the second most important feature, in my opinion, is the ability to have clients answer electronic questionnaires in their native language. Once the clients complete their questionnaires, the information is automatically transferred to the platform in English and to the forms directly within the software. The clients can also upload their documents in the same manner instead of sending them to you via email; this feature will save you the time you might be using to upload documents to the clients’ files.

Pros

I like the way the software saves me time with the immigration forms and the way I keep track of cases and clients with remainders directly to my email.

Cons

There are no negative remarks, I always had a good experience since my first contact with the sales team.

Our experience has been very positive. We have been able to work with Cerenade to customize the system to work very well for us.

Pros

The case management platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We've been able to customize it to meet most of our data tracking and reporting needs using Custom Fields. We have even been able to customize it to meet tracking needs for non-legal supportive services, like social work case management. Where the existing platform lacks a feature that we need, we have generally been able to work with Cerenade's developers to have the feature created or find another workaround.

Cons

The time keeping feature has limited options. We would like to be able to send a single time entry to multiple client profiles and delete or edit erroneous entries. We've also wished there were a way to hide or disable the many fields we've decided not to use in different areas of the platform, in order to minimize confusion and fatigue for staff.

Overall, it's a good software to use if you're a small to medium size firm. The price is fair for what it has to offer and they do continue to add updates and features that we find useful.

Pros

The software is very easy to use, easy to set up new users, and all around user friendly.

Cons

The questionnaires are extremely limited. If you practice Removal Defense (immigration) you know the lengthy forms one needs to complete (i.e. I-589, 42B/42A forms) and no questionnaire provided allows you to complete these.

Every time I have a question, the Q&A help has a video or an article easily accessible. Because I am old fashion, I like to talk to a person, so when I call customer service, I get the VIP treatment, the attention and care I appreciate as a consumer. Every time I came across an issue, the Cerenade’s Representatives are eager to promptly answer and solve any issue. The software system has been reliable for the past 2+ years.

Pros

Reliability. It makes my legal work easy and efficient.

Cons

Every issue I had, had been solved. However, if I could access the same file simultaneously—desk and laptop, without logging myself out would be good.

It’s the best in the industry. It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. I’ve never have had any issues with the product and I must say that it is the best. In fact I’ve told my colleagues to buy this product and they have been very happy with it.

No negative. Once again the customer service is excellent. The support staff is great and the product is superb. There are absolutely no negatives to this product.

Pros

Our organization has been using e-Immigration for almost two years and we are very happy with all its features. As part of the team that conducted the research to migrate to a new online client management portal, I wish we had used this product since the very beginning. The many features and modules allow you to tailor your subscription based on the types of services provided. Forms are updated automatically, and the autofill feature saves valuable time and it is a great way to prevent mistakes.

Cons

Some of the intake forms do not have an auto save feature, which is problematic if you experience a sudden loss of internet connection.
