I actually began using the software 27 years ago - in 1995 - when it was originally created by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] . I have continued to use it without interruption through its transitions through other publishers, up to and including Cerenade. The Cerenade support and technical teams have been terrific and responsive to my questions and suggestions over the years. Pros As an immigration lawyer, my practice has extensively involved working with immigration forms - and often updating forms that were originally submitted years before. This software has allowed me to create and update forms in a very seamless and easy way. Cons It can sometimes be confusing when the Petitioner and Alien sections conflict in completing the forms. In addition, Cerenade has been a solid corporate citizen through their support over the years of the work of the American Immigration Council.
