It has been a very useful tool, very easy to use particularly when searching and downloading reports from each site. Pros I think it is a very interesting and capable product. As a new user I am not aware of similar products. This one seems to be have many little snags that pop up, but generally nothing serious, and support was available valia a chat app - which gets answered but has an about 15 min delay. I can see that the product is continually changed - mostly improved. Cons Little problems that varied, but generally there were ways around them. The field app is good also. Support response is excellent. Sadly, it is needed all too often Cons It is glitchy. It seems to me that every time a change is made, it is released to production with inadequate testing. Pros The QR code feature works well as when you get to a site you can scan and get the register load on any device. Cons When using Inspector on site the load time and lag is very inconvenient, the web side is also very slow and makes doing small tasks take very long. As we are based in NZ this maybe the why.
