Overall a pleasant experience, with the majority of features easy to setup, use and manage. Quick to look at critical information, and very simple to manage on the fly to move/cancel bookings. Rezdy integration appeared to work ok after some adjusting of settings. If the schedule increments can change, and little bugs in form fields can be fixed it's a fantastic piece of software that I would certainly recommend.

Pros

The first class support provided was fantastic. Easy ability to see passenger manifests, and easy of booking management (Make, Change, Cancel). Very easy to refund monies, and track booking flow. Overall interface quite impressive and simple to use.

Cons

Limiting the scheduling of product sessions to 15min increments is not acceptable and does not make sense. Allow for at least 5min increments or even better by individual minutes. It can be hard to know when promotions are live, which screen should be updated as the master. A note saying 'saving these details will override all others' would be handy. Using the Custom Fields, was quite problematic - I had to get support to setup this function as it did not work as intended.

The team were always available to assist with any issues that arose and responded in a timely manner which was really appreciated.

Pros

The Nabooki website was the one stop shop for managing bookings and customers that resulted from a Great State voucher program. Once familiar with the setup it was quite easy to use the site on a daily basis. Had good functionality and really good human support that assisted when required.

Cons

Initial setup of the direct payments was a little challenging but the Nabooki team were excellent in their liaison and support.

Very good. Excellent customer support. All staff are friendly and happy to assist with any questions.

Pros

I particularly liked the calendar, SMS/email reminders, overall ease of use, confirmation emails sent to customers and the reviews function. It was also easy to make booking changes for both the customer and ourselves.

Cons

I have used the system for a number of campaigns now and each time I have had things come up specific to my business that I would add in next time to make the experience even better including adding custom fields which Nabooki software and marketplace has the ability to do.

Truly amazing. I was blown away and very impressed

Pros

The customer service was amazing and I particularly like the simplicity of the marketplace and software. Simple set up and workarounds for any issues I experienced. Fabulous support team who answered any questions I had specific to my business needs

Cons

None that I experienced. Any "issues" that I had could be quickly rectified via the support team or comprehensive user guide provided. Easy steps to follow and solutions always provided.

The Nabooki help team were fantastic. They always responded quickly and were very helpful.

Pros

Simple for staff to use and it made the Great State Voucher program much easier to manage.

Cons

Printing each booking was difficult, it would be great to have a quick print option rather than having to click into each booking individually.

It has been a very professional experience. Communication has been amazing. We instantly received confirmations. Changes were easy (apart from a few strange situations that support easily assisted with).

Pros

We have not had an online presence for experiences before. We signed up to be part of the South Australian Great State voucher program for tourism experiences. Nabooki was the provider for the booking side of that program. We were able to easily have our products loaded into Nabooki, to have dates and times added and changed and the management of bookings has been very smooth. There are features that I don't understand. However, I have been able to contact support whenever I have had an issue and have it resolved within minutes! Not hours, not days, minutes! The support has been phenomenal. Many thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] who has been awesome at resolving any issues we have had.

Cons

I haven't used it for long enough to find anything particularly annoying. Any issue I have had has been easily addressed and, if I used it for a longer time I am sure that I could resolve myself with more experience.

The team at Nabooki have been so helpful! They have been easy to contact and then very responsive, patient and friendly. They have been eager to hear of suggested improvements and have promptly actioned the feedback to improve the user experience.

Cons

Currently only able to export 1000 records at a time from the Bookings Report but this is being addressed.
