It is easy to train employees and new admins on this system. Pros Cloud9 is easy and almost error-proof. It has all of the onboarding in one place that takes employees step by step. For my HR Coordinators, it also is step by step where training is easy. The ability to help employees is greatly increased for these reasons as there is not any question about what they have to do. Cons I would love to see the ability to set paystubs to be emailed to employees automatically. Another thing would be to have is an App where employees can access their profile and paystubs. Pros The ease of onboarding, being able to input and run direct deposit, and the reports available Cons I don’t like that as an admin I can’t put in my own reimbursements or permanent expenses nor repeated deductions. Pros I love how easy this product is to use and understand. The migration was very simple and everyone at PDR is always available to help when needed. Cons I don't believe anything is missing. The only time I have questions is with new hires, only because they don't happen often. But I can always get the help I need.
