It did everything we needed it to, although it would have been nice to have an easier text messaging system integrated instead of using Lighthouse360. Pros The customer service with XLDent is wonderful, all of the staff there are genuinely helpful and kind, and they work quickly to resolve issues. Cons Unfortunately we had to use support more often than we’d like, especially with clinical issues like Progress Notes disappearing or not being readable, or with Xray problems.
