Coach Education Management Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Anyday Call is Tidycal" February 24, 2024 5.0 Overall, for anyday calls I use only tidycal. My calendar for bookings is tidycal. Pros When it comes to booking my calendar, I use only tidycal to book call with mentees. I just need to put the slot and particular day and the tidycal does the all. So no call without tidycal. Cons The only this where tidycal needs to work is auto fixing of the slots. In calendly you just need to put the slot and rest calendly will do but not in tidycal. In tidycal you have to manually set aside 1 hour / 45 minutes slot. If you give single slot of 4-8 PM for example - tidycal will keep on showing different slots of 15 minutes each if your call is 15 minutes call. Review Source AK Ali K. Cons It has limited features, number of connections like and some other branding options are very limited. Reason for choosing TidyCal I chose Sessions, but it was not listed. I'm so tired of paying for things on a never-ending basis! Besides that, TidyCal is really easy to set up and integrates with my calendar and Zoom so when someone books a meeting, everything happens automatically, and it blocks off times when I'm busy automatically as well. Cons Customer service seems to only be through a chatbot, not a real person, so in the couple instances when I did need support, I ended up having to google the problem to find advice from other users because the chatbot couldn't always answer my questions. Pros Lo que más me ha gustado es la facilidad de uso nada más comenzar, es muy intuitivo, tiene muy buenas programaciones de citas, recordatorios, etc. En general cumple lo que promete y una buena relación calidad precio con versión gratuita. Cons Dispone de pocas opciones de personalización aunque por el precio que tiene creo que es normal. De vez en cuando tiene errores de conexión con la nube pero creo que eso puede deberse a más factores que solo la aplicación pero puede que no tenga tanta estabilidad la conexión de la aplicación. Ahora con la suite de Google es complejo apostar por este tipo de aplicativos, si no utilizas los servicios de Google si es muy interesante. I have my scheduling page embedded into my website which directs people to my site and makes it super easy for them to schedule. Everything integrates with my Google Calendar. Cons I don't have anything. They are constantly making improvements, so any cons that I had when I first started using it have since been fixed! I love the clean interface, ease of use in terms of setting up your calendar, and the fact that you get multiple meeting slot options. It has a decent number of integrations and although I don't use it, the paid meetings feature is good to have. Cons Haven't experienced any major cons so far. The selection of the times and dates while setting up the calendar is a bit tricky but you get used to it eventually. It is easy to set up new appointment types and love the ability to set up a form to collect info prior to the meetings. Plus the lifetime purchase price really saves tons of money over the monthly fees that most software use. Cons The only feature that I wish was added is the ability to have a different email set up vs the login email. What I like the most is that when one of my clients schedules a meeting I can redirect them to my Thank you page where I can install the Facebook Pixel or the Google tag, this is pure efficiency for me. Pros It integrates with Zoom, it has group meetings, it's translated into Swedish, I can easily embed it on my WordPress website. Cons It would be great with a feature to send out an automatic follow-up email where I can say thank you for the meeting and ask them to reach out again if needed. I was able to register my TidyCal account and set up three appointment calendars in less than ten minutes. TidyCal has a very clean display that my potential clients should not have trouble figuring out how to use. I like how it notifies me and my clients of upcoming appointments. The account dashboard is straightforward and not filled with lots of necessary bells and whistles. Cons There's nothing about TidyCal that I dislike. The application is easy to use and set up.
