We hebben het systeem uitvoerig getest en daarna succesvol gebruikt voor ons gratis event met 225 kaartjes. De inrichting en support waren top: we werden snel en vriendelijk geholpen, ook bij het opschonen van testdata. Tijdens het event werkte alles perfect – scannen ging razendsnel en foutloos, en het opnieuw verzenden van kaartjes aan bezoekers was zo geregeld. Inmiddels zijn we gestart met de ticketverkoop voor ons grotere (betaalde) event in september, en ook dat verloopt soepel, zowel voor Nederlandse als Belgische klanten. Wij zijn supertevreden en bevelen dit systeem van harte aan!

Pros

Het systeem is snel, gebruiksvriendelijk en ontzettend betrouwbaar – van ticketverkoop tot toegangsscanning.

Cons

Geen, maar als we toch iets moeten verzinnen: we balen dat we dit systeem niet eerder hebben ontdekt!

Behulpzaam, een echt mens aan de andere kant van de lijn, en niets is te veel.

Pros

Makkelijk te installeren, professioneel uiterlijk incl. de eigen huisstijl op de tickets, en bovendien nog spotgoedkoop!

Cons

Geen enkel minpunt, topservice, voor een minimale prijs

Werk nu een aantal jaar met we ticket en het gaat nog steeds goed allemaal.

Pros

Heel duidelijk platform. Alles spreekt voor zich. Een event heb je in een paar minuten aangemaakt.

Cons

Geen grote nadelen tegengekomen. Misschien dat de oude events blijven staan waardoor ik nu lang moet scrollen

Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk en fijne opties. Duidelijk en eenvoudig te gebruiken. Fantastische ondersteuning door de mensen van we-ticket

Combinatie mogelijkheden zijn minimaal. Maar dit gaat opgelost worden in versie 2

Prima ondersteuning bij het opstarten. Snelle en accurate ondersteuning.

Pros

WeTicket levert ons gebruikers gemak op. Dit voor zowel door ons als de organisatie dat wekelijks evenementen organiseert en gemakkelijk nieuwe evenementen kan plaatsen. En ook voor de kopers die met een paar klikken de tickets kunnen kopen en laten scannen bij de entree.Flexibiliteit, betrouwbaarheid is zeer goed gebleken na acht maanden gebruik.

Cons

Er zijn een aantal wensen die we geuit hebben naar WeTicket.Denk aan korting codes, promo codes. En koppeling met Meta.Dit is doorgegeven en op de road map gezet.

Heel direct contact met de eigenaar, heel simpele interface, makkelijk te gebruiken, heel simpel qua betaalnetwerk, lage punten.

Pros

Persoonlijke service, gemakkelijk gebruik en de lage kosten. Weticket is een partij die met je meedenkt en voor je klaar staat.

Cons

We hebben eigenlijk een heel soepel gebruik van weticket ervaren met de verkoop van de tickets voor onze theatervoorstelling. Het enige onhandige was dat je niet ingelogd kunt blijven. Dus als je opnieuw opstart moet je weer inloggen.
