## What is PagBank?

PagBank is a platform for sending and receiving payments safely, made up of a portfolio of payment solutions for online stores and physical establishments. Using PagBank, the company can customize the checkout of electronic transactions, make sales via social networks and WhatsApp, offer more than 25 different payment methods, and accept installments of up to 12. In physical stores, sales can be made through PagBank's card machines.

já sou cliente faz alguns anos, deixei de usar outros bancos para ficar só com ele, pois não me cobra taxas, nem nenhuma tarifa, todas as minhas transações são feitas por ele e nunca tive nenhum problema. O suporte dele é excelente e muito bom. Posso dizer que é o meu banco principal.

Pros

é um banco bastante conhecido e disponível em diversos estabelecimentos, o que eu mais gosto nele é a simplicidade de poder pedir cartões sem burocracia e fazer alterações de cadastros em um tempo bem curto.

Cons

Não tenho o que reclamar, pois ele me atende perfeitamente no que eu preciso.

aplicativo bom de se usar, seguro e que traz estabilidade ao negócio, oferece muitas formas de pagamento e de se receber.

Pros

Bom aplicativo bancário, serve para receber e pegar. além de ajudar na organização de contas.

Cons

não é um app muito popular, então é difícil de se integrar com outros apps.

Tive uma boa experiencia, caso você for PJ e necessitar de maquina de cartão a taxa é bem atrativa, porem como qualquer outro banco hà algumas melhorias a serem feitas

ótima, sempre uso todas as vezes que precisei sempre funcionou, porem quando tenho algum problema que tenho que resolver com chat ou 0800 da bastante trabalho demora tem que ter paciência, mas sempre q precisei mesmo assim depois que consigo falar sempre resolve meus problemas....

Pros

gosto muito do app sempre agio e funcional, sempre q preciso mesmo em dados móvel ela funciona perfeitamente, pois é pratico desenrolado e fácil de mexer e aprender.

Cons

única coisa que não estou gostando são dos juros caros, pois hoje no mercado esta tendo bastante concorrência nessa area e nesse quesito a Pagbank esta deixando a desejar e perdendo clientes, pois hoje o cliente tem muitas ofertas e oportunidades de mudar para outra empresa, por isso penso que ela tem que mudar alguns juros e preços para se garantir no mercado...

What I liked most about this software was how easy it was to use even if I was a layman
