O volume de cv's sem relação com a vaga, portanto a forma como são divulgados.

Me atende bem nas contratações de tecnologia e cargos de publicidade. É fácil de ser gerenciado, e com uma boa visualização de cada etapa do processo.

Pros

A publicação da vaga está interligando ao linkedIn e a busca ativa no banco de dados.

Cons

A limitação de não poder fazer sua própria alteração, isso é chato! Quando publico uma vaga e que falta alguma informação adicional, o software não me permite fazer as próprias alterações, quando preciso do link da vaga para publicar em outros meios, o atendimento não mostra ou ensinar onde eu posso pegar essa informação, são coisas simples que fica amarrado no atendimento. Além de não podemos alterar coisas como logo, cores etc.
