Hosting and updating are very smooth and very high availability. Cons There are sometimes lags in the apps on 500apps because they update so regularly. Apart from that I haven't faced any issue. The software does not include a free version like HubSpot and other competitors. Besides that, it is easy to use and affordable. I basically use the sales suite which helped me with the whole sales cycle from finding leads to conversion. I seriously recommend it to all small and mid-sized companies. . Cons They already have a very low price, but I think they should also offer other pricing options. Each category or app can have its own pricing. The CRM.io tool is great for managing sales processes with artificial intelligence help and keeping track of all of your activities. All HR tasks are managed by HRSprout of 500apps, allowing employees to track their attendance and leave easily. Cons I have been using 500apps for a while but never had any big issue. After the onboarding session, you realize that all their apps have very basic features, which you can find in the free edition of any other SAAS app. Don't waste your time and money, they won't refund you after the onboarding session, where you realize that their app is garbage. Probably because it's the only income they have. Their Sister company Agile CRM is the same thing, most of the features don't even work, and you get this error not in service at this moment". Stay away from these two companies Agile CRM & 500apps. trust me. Pros its cheap, and the features are very basic, which you can find in any free edition of other apps. and they are all in one platform. You can create forms but your respondents cannot fill the form on mobile without having to download the mobile app (which make no sense). Also the integration of responses with CRM.io does not work. The support was not helpful. I wasted my time. I also don't appreciate that the support staff takes you from high (like of you know nothing). All in all, i went to survey monkey, paid 40 USD and was satisfied. 500apps is cheap but there is a reason for that. I spend thew time to write this review because your time is valuable and you don't want to waste it. Pros Inexpensive with a free trial for 14 days and then 14.99 USD a month Cons It doesn't work for the scope i tried which is Forms.io and CRM.io.
