Da quando mi è capitato di perdere le chiavi accesso con Google Authenticator ho deciso di passare a Account Security e non me ne sono mai pentito.

Pros

Il vantaggio principale di Account Security è il fatto che questo software consente di creare un account al quale associare tutte le chiavi di accesso a due fattori dei servizi che si è salvati. Se per un qualsiasi motivo il software viene cancellato, le chiavi di accesso possono essere recuperate facilmente rifacendo l'accesso al nostro account.

Cons

Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza personale, Account Security non ha alcun difetto e lo consiglierei a tutti coloro che vogliono proteggere i proprio account con l'autenticazione a due fattori.

Ho deciso di cambiare perché Account Security può essere ripristinato, se installato su altro pc o altro smartphone, tramite una password di backup. Google Authenticator, se viene accidentalmente cancellato o disinstallato, non permette più il recupero delle chiavi di accesso.

Me ha ido bastante bien, me siento segura usando este software, luego de haber tenido una mala experiencia con otro software donde creí que perdería el acceso a mis cuentas. Pero con este software, al tener un sistema de emergencia en caso de pérdida, me siento más confiable en usarlo.

Pros

Es muy sencilla de usar, me ofrece seguridad con su verificación en dos pasos. Se conecta con diversos softwares y sitios webs, por lo que lo puedo usar sin problemas. Me permite recuperar el acceso a mi cuenta en caso de pérdida del dispositivo.

Cons

No he tenido inconvenientes hasta ahora, me ha ido muy bien.

Comencé a usar este software luego de tener un problema con el software de Google Authenticator, ya que perdí mi dispositivo y Google no me permitió recuperar la cuenta con el acceso. Tuve que ir a cada una de las aplicaciones donde tenía configurado Authenticator y pedir conversar con servicio al cliente de cada una para eliminar la autenticacion en dos pasos. Con Authy no pasa eso, porque tiene un sistema de emergencia para solucionar en estos casos.

Happy with it in General, good alternative to authenticatiors which are only available on your mobile, if you loose your cell phone, you are in huge trouble getting back access to your accounts, it is not the case here at least,

Pros

What I really like about it is, you can access your MFA from different devices, so for example in case you loose your cell phone, you won't loose your access to your accounts, online Google Authenticator for example

a bit confusing terms for different passwords

Twilio Authy is the free best authenticator app that has many options, making it easier to authenticate your accounts.Adding new accounts to your Authy account is extremely easy, you just need to enter your private key or scan the QR Code. After that, it will automatically generate one-time passcodes that will be expired within the next 30 seconds.

Cons

Recovering your account takes 24 hours in case you've lost your phone.

Na minha opinião um dos melhores softwares de 2FA. Ser para multiplos dispositivos é um diferencial, e o suporte funcionou bem quando precisei.

Cons

Não sei. Acho o melhor existente. Em outros eu acabei tendo problemas, mas no Authy os problemas que tive foram fáceis de solucionar.

I think it was overall pretty well, just as I mentioned there are a lot of options for this type of product so it can get pretty crowded when choosing this type of solution.

Pros

It's very versatile and it provides a great solution to protect customer accounts, particularly the verify feature that can catch fraudsters.

Cons

Not really a knock against this product but this is a very busy market for this type of solution, so there are a lot of good options that can also compete with this solution if not in features but in price.
