The customer care is lousy, I asked to stop my subscription and refund the Unused balance and InsurGrid refused to provide the refund. Real jerks. A waste of $900. Go elsewhere like Canopy Connect, much more reasonable people to work with. Pros It worked reasonably well except with Dual Factor Authorization at State Farm. It was difficult and poorly built and clients get frustrated. Cons I signed up as part of a trial evaluation with my company, once the evaluation was done my company selected another supplier, I asked to stop my subscription and refund the Unused balance and InsurGrid refused to provide the refund. Reasons for choosing InsurGrid Our company showed us the pilot program and after that, I didn't need anything else to help me! I was hooked and knew it was what I was missing before!
