"Overall Satisfactory "

**Pros:** The main pro for the Azibo app is that it is free to use and that It simplifies the rent paying and rent collecting process.

**Cons:** The cons for the Azibo app are potential payment tracking glitches, slow customer support, and the high fees for premium features.

"Easy, Helpful, and Great for Landlords!!!"

**Overall:** Overall, Azibo has made my life as a landlord a lot simpler. It does everything I need without being complicated. I’d definitely recommend it.

**Pros:** Azibo has been a huge help for managing my rentals. It’s easy to use, saves me time, and honestly gives a lot of value for the price (which is mostly free). Everything I need—rent collection, accounting, tenant info—is in one place.

**Cons:** I wish the website builder had more customization options, and a few of the features took me a little time to learn.
