Our clients already had decent traffic, but we needed to capture more of it. We started testing Claspo on a few accounts just to try their gamified and multi-step flows, and the results were immediate — we saw a 3x jump in opt-ins. It completely fixed our on-site conversion bottleneck. It's now our default recommendation for any brand facing the same issue Pros The biggest win for me is hitting high numbers without making the clients' sites look cheap or spammy. The targeting rules are super flexible, it’s easy to customize the templates to match strict client brand guidelines, and the mobile UX doesn't break. Crucially, it doesn't slow down the clients' stores. Their built-in AI tool saves us a ton of time writing copy that actually matches completely different clients' voices. Getting everything up and running was completely painless. The onboarding is self-explanatory, and the one-click integrations are a lifesaver — since we manage various tech stacks, connecting everything is usually a massive headache, but Claspo handles it in seconds. We upgraded to the Pro plan right after the free trial, and the ROI makes it a very easy expense to justify. Cons The features they have right now are great, but since we manage a lot of accounts, doing manual A/B testing across all of them eats up too much time. I'm really waiting for the automated testing update to roll out. Most visitors didn’t notice our contact form, so they stayed for a while and then left, and we were losing potential clients. We added Claspo exit-intent popups offering a free consultation or audit. Next, we connected the popups to HubSpot in order to sync emails with the sales team. We also ran A/B tests on different messages to see what would be best for our audience. In a month, consultation requests went up by 19%, and we learned which services people were most interested in. Pros We liked that it was quick to set up and easy to target popups to the right pages. The HubSpot integration helped our sales team follow up quickly. Also, AI translation saved us a lot of time.
