Excellent, great service. No delay with support and questions are always solved. User friendly.

Pros

Hotelizer includes tools for tracking revenue and occupancy, which can help properties optimize pricing strategies and improve profitability. It also helps with forecasting and trend analysis. One of the standout features is its channel management, which allows users to connect with multiple OTAs without having to manually update each one. This can save a lot of time and reduce the risk of overbooking.

Pros

Very easy to use and saves a lot of time when everthing is automatically inserted from reservations, bookings, check in/out and many more. I highly recommend hotelizer PMZ for any industry aiming to improve their customer services, quality management and operations.

Cons

At the moment there no technical issues. Very satisfied.

Fantastic! During the three years of using the system, we have never encountered any delays, bugs or issues.

Pros

We have been using Hotelizer the last 3 years. We have nothing more to say but that it is a user friendly, flexible and easy to learn PMS that any team could adapt to.

Cons

Nothing. We have not yet utilized the billing/invoicing function, but really looking forward to it.

Overall choosing Hotelizer was a great choice and a great value for money product. I would definitely recommend this to other businesses.

Pros

What I like about Hotelizer is that it is a really user friendly product. The interface set to be ideal for organizing the daily tasks of the business, but also retrieving stats for decision making. Best part is the customer service team that are always there.

Cons

There are times when some functions are not working properly, but this is due to maintenance works on the platform, but also due to some bugs, that are however being fixed within minutes. So again great work by the engineers and support team.

The Hotelizer helps the overall work of a hotel in many aspects as makes easier from any place you are, even out of office to access it and make a reservation even by your mobile or a tablet.

Pros

I liked most the easy interface of the software and the good customer support of the software company.

Cons

One aspect that I dont like is that does give you the option in any way to delete the history, even at end of a month to delete the previous history of actions inside the program. If time pass normaly should have a way to delete the history.

Pros

It is very easy to use and it works on cloud. Has smooth integration with third party products.

Cons

You can not easily manage allotments. You can not manage your customers as suppliers also. At the "Reservatoin List" you see all the reservation of all years. Should have a button to easily select the current season.

Reason for choosing Hotelizer

Because it is cloud based and you don't have to install it anywhere.

Pros

i've used many cloud based hotel managment software but this is by far the best. It includes everythink you want from a software ilke that but also there are constantly changes and improvements that are making it even better. The technical team is always there to make the changes you propose. I have never came up before with a customer experience like that before. Totally recommend it

Cons

none at all. Whatever i mentioned as a proble or as a feature was fixed immediately. What a great team!

While on the PC it works great, on a MacBook it is slow at times.

Good, but it could be better if charging and invoicing to cleints was a little more easy and flexible.

Pros

The easiness of reservations and ability to create a new booking outside of the normal platforms

Cons

The fact that invoicing partially a client that made a deposit of 30% and I have to make so many different clicks and input in order to issue an invoice for this deposit only.

Pros

I find the software very intuitive and easy to use. There are regular updates and these are mostly good too. The customer service is very quick to respond and helpful. THey also take on customer feedback about any missing features

Cons

No real cons. There are somethings that take time to learn or dont fit exactly with our type of hotel however there is a way to get everything to work!
