Overall my experience is very good and I will continue use it.

Pros

Highly recommend it, even though I haven’t used it yet on full (all of the products). Very easy on use and accessible on communication.

Cons

I didn’t like that the reservations might have to split in to three different rooms during their stay.

It has made running our hostel so easy. From managing reservations to issuing receipts.

Pros

Ease of use, great user interface and great customer support

Cons

Not many cons. There were some issues where the pricing from airbnb and hostelworld were not updated (prices were not shown in net) but this was an issue with the channel manager I believe.

Recommended by friends in the hotel business

You can have your schedule anywhere any time, you make everything more fast than the regular way and anytime you will have a problem the customer service is there to help you.

Pros

I like it because from day one it was very easy to use it , and you can control entire hotel only with this software.

Cons

There in nothing at all. The software take usually upgrades and in every problem there is a quick fix.

\- Giving a lot of flexibility to every user (Front and back office) - Clear data and easy to understand even by non experienced users - Easy to log in - load program - Giving a wide scale of options to better update our reservations. - Giving the option to perfom the same task using different paths.

\- Sometimes the options can be overwhelming for non experienced users.

the ease of using it from anywhere. My hotel on the go. No need to be at the Front Office.

Cons

I love everything about it. Online check-in Invoices issued and sent via email
