Pros

I can check everything on my cell phone. It is really easy to use. The support is always there to help and understand all our needs.

Cons

There are a few things that need improvement. I know that the development is working on them. Importing the budget of the hotel and comparing the actual revenue with it would be great.

Great help in every day life of the hotel - an extra employee for a great price.

Pros

Automatic integration of OTA reservations in the PMS with full data, prices, names, notes, requests - real time adjustment of availability based on reservations and cancellations. Really easy to learn and use - they have also responded to any adjustments we have requested and really fast. Help desk always available and in good spirits. We love the team!

Cons

I find that some space for improvement might exist at the stage of rates creation /rate management.

Overall very pleased with the software and the support ,as of one the best i have used so far. Looking forward to improvements

Pros

Ease of use, clear to see, in a glance, reservations, notes, reminders, tasks. Easy administration. Excellent integration with the channel manager.

Cons

Email capabilities lacking a bit as of there are only a few templates pre-made and which you can hardly edit. No possibility to make own. Statistics not so clear and there is no option to select types of data.
