We switched from an older PMS (server based) and the diference is trully amazing! We have easy and fast communcation with our colleagues, user friendly!

Pros

It is cloud based, User friendly interface, Easy to update, Organize your hotel 360!! Very good after sales service!

Cons

It would be usefull to have an ip-app option to open tickets for troubleshooting purposes

Lacks vital information and tools to make it easy to use. Feels like it was made by someone that has never worked in hotels at all.

Pros

Cloud system accessible everywhere

Cons

Lacks routing. Its complicated and easy to make mistakes and very time consuming to do manually every single invoice.

Interface, Synchronization, Some Statistics, Invoicing and Payments.

Cons

Lots of reports and statistics. You get lost in all these reports. Actually, not of them are useful and some tomes you do not find what you are looking for.

We have used a few hotel PMS's and now we have ended up with Hotelizer. I can say that I am extremely happy with this software and one thing that I value most is the ability to communicate with the developers and correct or improve small problems. The constant improvements of the software keeps it updated with current needs.

Ability to use multiple properties, Reporting & easiness of use

Cons

Compatability with some other software. I cannot think of any other negatives.

I am very happy with Hotelizer PMS and have not regrets for the switch we made from our previous system. It seems that it can only get better, more efficient, more complex!

Pros

Aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, can perform complex billing operations, good integration with our online booking system (webhotelier), excellent customer support.

Cons

Some operations that I used in previous systems are not yet there (such as ad hoc customisation of an email template before sending), but the developers are open to suggestions and work hard to implement them.

Hotelizer has helped so very much our work that now we keep expanding without having to worry about managing everything manually or we double-checking everything like we used to with other systems! The support is also excellent : the few times I've called for assistance they resolved and explained in no time!

Pros

After using several products, Hotelizer is an EXCELLENT PMS! All the functionalities we use are extremely helpful. And often updated with great features!

Cons

Some features are still basic but not the important ones and they are constantly updating and furthering its possibilities.

Reason for choosing Hotelizer

It seemed to be the one best suited for our needs (alongside WebHotelier and PrimalRes - what a trio!) and indeed it has been what we needed!

We are very pleased with the evolution of Hotelizer and we would not look any further for a PMS for our hotel

Pros

We have been using Hotelizer possibly from day one and had an impact in it's today formation. The system followed our needs and has now been fully adapted to our daily routines allowing a smooth operation in all departments involved. We are confident that this constant update will carry on and bring this software very close to ultimate perfection.

Cons

Only a few minor changes are left for improvement. In many aspects this PMS is now complete.

Pros

I like everything about this software!First of all,it's very easy to use.Secondly,it covers every aspect of the hotel needs and also gives you insights concerning the guests(dates that interest them more,etc).Finally,it's fast and works perfect on mobile which means you can work from distance,make reservations without being at the hotel and always be updated about the calendar.I would highly reccommend it to similar businesses.

There is nothing that I didn't like or wanted to improve.

What I liked more about Hotelizer is the environment and the ease of use.

Cons

If you use hotelizer only from summer season to summer season, when the year changes i.e. 2024, and you want to choose the reservation list to access the reservations of 2024 only, you have to choose the filters every time.

In some fuctions you can't filter the results according to the arrival date of customers (especially when you ask for a printing)
