La herramienta permite liquidar de manera agil y confiable las sociedades del grupo carvajal. Softland ha venido trabajando para mejorar la experiencia del servicio al cliente y hacerla mas rapida y agradable. Me siento satisfecha con el servicio que me están ofreciendo actualmente.

Pros

Me parece una nómina madura, estable, que permite la calidad en los entregables. Es una solución flexible y configurable que se adapta a los requerimientos particulares que pueden tener las empresas

Cons

Debe trabajarse en una herramienta que permita reportes mas dinámicos de la nómina

La experiencia con Softland Nómina ha sido muy buena, conozco diferentes ingenieros y el tema de implementación fue bueno y el soporte con \[CONTENIDO SENSIBLE\] ha mejorado muchisímo.

Pros

Es amigable para la gestión de nómina, con facilidad de uso y parametrizable.

Cons

Es un calculador de nómina, es básico no cumple con expectativas en cuanto a la implementación de módulos y algunas funcionalidades.

Es muy modular, permite una buena parametrización y los procesos son solidos

La interfaz esta obsoleta en la versión que tenemos . Ya la siguiente versión, la interfaz se ve mas moderna

Software de nómina muy buen funcionamiento, ajustado a la ley. Software de recursos humanos no se ha logrado la implementación por compatibilidad con Colombia.

Llevo 7 años usando el software y me parece que es parametrizable para la necesidades particulares de la compañia

El software es muy completo, tiene las funcionalidades que se requieren para la ejecución de nómina

Cons

Se depende de soporte de software para temas que deberian ser manejo de usuario y/o administrador
