Additionally, it offers a number of features that will improve the development process and make it more enjoyable. Combining cloud and on-premises applications, for instance, speeds up app development and deployment and provides ubiquitous access to data. I was on the lookout for a cloud service that met all my requirements, including being able to expand my app's traffic and keeping sensitive data secure without my involvement. IBM Cloud Pak for Integration has these features and more, as I recently found out. With IBM Cloud Pak, you can deploy and maintain your app in any cloud, build it for any SDK, and add features while keeping your data safe in the cloud. It's a set of capabilities that helped me automate my business processes, move information across any cloud, and more. The best part is, it's easy to use and doesn't require any coding! With IBM Cloud Pak, you can access any capability from a single UI and control access to any capability. Plus, all essential actions can be performed from the UI in the Navigator. We were successfully able to automate all business processes and procedures, reducing the human workload. It has also been a terrific tool for safeguarding our databases, with top-notch security capabilities provided within the platform. We also used it to create and secure APIs, as well as to accelerate and enhance the efficiency of our API lifecycles. Pros As a manager of customer experience, I was looking for a platform that could ease out the work of integrating data for a hybrid cloud, and I found that in IBM's Cloud Pak. Their customer service is quite nice, and they care about the SLA they offer. There have been no misses in that regard. Cons Upgrades to software products should be released regularly but sometimes it can be difficult for IT departments to handle the changes promptly. The change itself is often not the greatest problem but the fact that some users have experienced issues with their backups and which has resulted in having to restore from one of their previous backup points which can be very troublesome if there is an issue with support access or if you don't have your latest backups on hand.
