Experiência excelente! Troquei de forncedor para a Nuvidio há 5 meses a tivemos um ganho siginificativo, não só na qualidade da ferramenta, como na redução dos custos. SUPER RECOMENDO!!!!!

Pros

O que mais me agrada na Nuvidio são as diversas possibilidades de personalização que ela oferece, sendo que o próprio usuário pode fazer estas configurações, sem depender dos fornecedores. Platafora muita prática e intuitiva, com suporte muito eficiente.

Cons

Até o momento não identifiquei nada que me desagradasse.

Estou gostando bastante

Pros

Facil de configurar, utilizar e facilita bastante a aproximação humanizada com o lead/cliente.

Cons

Fazemos muitas reuniões pelo meet do Google, se tivesse uma forma de utilizar as chamadas com mais de 3 pessoas, seria muito bom. Sei que o objetivo da plataforma não é esse, mas se tivesse, eu usaria.
