I use Uppwise APM as a portfolio and project management platform to support enterprise-wide transformation governance and execution tracking. The tool provides exceptional visibility across the entire project portfolio, enabling clear monitoring of initiatives, dependencies, and progress against strategic objectives. It has significantly improved alignment between business and IT, and strengthened overall execution discipline within the organization.

Pros

One of its key strengths is the ability to consolidate complex portfolio data into a single, structured view that is easy to communicate at management and executive level. This has greatly enhanced the quality and consistency of reporting and decision-making processes.

Cons

A possible area for improvement is the user experience for occasional users, as the platform can initially feel quite structured and requires some onboarding to fully leverage its capabilities.
