It has significantly improved alignment between business and IT, and strengthened overall execution discipline within the organization. Pros One of its key strengths is the ability to consolidate complex portfolio data into a single, structured view that is easy to communicate at management and executive level. This has greatly enhanced the quality and consistency of reporting and decision-making processes.
