Pros

Healthbox has provided us with an intuitive, user‑friendly system that gives quick and easy access to the management information we need. The reporting functionality is particularly valuable, allowing us to customise reports in minutes and get clear insights fast. Colleagues really appreciate having access to the app, where they can update their personal details, view payslips, and access other important information whenever they need it. Overall, Healthbox has transformed the way we work and significantly improved our efficiency.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about the system, if and and when we do have any issues they are resolved very quickly with the support team.

HealthBox is our first employee self service platform and it has been a very positive experience for both HR and our staff. Staff have quickly adapted to the platform and Healthbox has significantly reduced manual tracking and administrative work. The entire HBHR team and especially our Client Executive \[sensitive content hidden\] have been extremely helpful and supportive in the migration, implementation and training process making the transition smooth for our staff. They are very efficient and respond very promptly. Overall, HBHR has been a valuable tool to our organization.

Pros

User friendly self service modules such as leave, performance and expenses, Read and sign feature within the company documents, Rostering and timesheet management, Reporting and analytic tools for managers and HR that help in making informed decisions.

Cons

There is no provision to add alerts and notifications to custom fields and certain settings within the training module does not allow customisation.

Its a great online HR system with lots of functionality. Having a dedicated support person allocated to our company is a big plus.

Pros

Our company had many paper based systems and documents. Moving to HBHR has helped to move information online and in turn streamline our business processes.

Cons

Some of the data importing is a little rigid on initial setup, it was be nice to be able to create our own spreadsheets to upload instead of using the fixed ones but I understand why.

Great engagement and full support offered all the way through the transaction process from our previous HR platform to Healthbox HR. Felt fully supported every step of the way and continue to receive quick and detailed responses. Nothing is too much trouble, which is what you need when you are moving platforms.

We moved to HealthBoxHR about a year ago. We have been very impressed with the system (user friendly) and the support we receive has always been helpful and most importantly speedy responses, which is critical when up against payroll deadlines

Pros

User friendly system for both HRIS and Payroll, and reliable, friendly and efficient customer service.

Cons

There are a couple of areas on the payroll system that could be more automated. But feedback is well received and suggestions are put into development

We have just rolled out HealthBox HR and have had an excellent experience so far. The transition from our old system to HealthBox was made seamless and having a single point of contact during the set up phase made asking any questions very straightforward. We are in our first month with the system and already have feedback from managers and employees that the HealthBox UI is much more user friendly and intuitive. From an admin perspective I would agree with this and the set up of the modules we use has been simple and effective

I have had an overall positive experience in the set up phase of the new software. There were minor delays in some of the data transfer from our old system to HealthBox but not major.

We implemented Healthbox HR and went live at the beginning of this year, and the impact on our operations has been extremely positive, this platform can be tailored, and we are currently using the HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance. The ability to have a single, source for all employee data, documents, holiday requests, and absence tracking and reporting is invaluable. It is incredibly easy to use and navigate for both the HR team and employees. Staff members can access their payslips, book time off, and update their personal details via the self-service portal. Our Account Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a fantastic support throughout from the initial setup to answering ad-hoc questions, their responses are fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. In short, Health HR is a strong tool for any business looking to streamline their HR processes and empower their workforce.

Pros

The platform can be tailored, to the business, its easy to use, ability to produced detailed reports. Self Service portal allows employees to manage their own holidays.

Cons

We had an urgent issue and they don’t have a designated contact telephone number in case of emergencies

Overall I am extremely satisfied with HealthBoxHR. They have clearly grown substantially as an organisation over the last couple of years, but their commitment so customer support has been unwavering. I find the system so easy to use, and its exciting seeing the system continue to grow and develop, without losing its simplicity or making it over complicated.

Pros

The communication and client support are what I like most about HealthBox. Our dedicated account manager is easily reachable, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. The system its self is very user intuitive, we have a lot of feedback from end user employees who comment how much easier it is to navigate than our previous HRIS. Overall I think the system is excellent value for money. In my experience, HealthBox do not charge extra for support or developments, which other organisations seem to. They genuinely seem to want to help, and improve the system where they can to support their clients.

Cons

As the system is newer than others, there are still developments going on, and improvements are still being made to support efficiency and automation. This can at times feel frustrating, that it isn't quite a finished system, however the journey I have had with HealthBox, working with them to develop areas of the system so it works for me, I would say is a benefit. It makes it feel very bespoke.

These boundaries ensure we do not pursue a bespoke version which would required additional and exceptional system admin. HB HR appears to meet all our requirements.

Very good; the One Platform model offers the flexibility to activate new modules as and when we’re ready. It’s a scalable and forward-thinking solution that supports our ongoing drive for efficiency and smarter workforce management. We’re very pleased we made the move.

Pros

The integrated biometric time and attendance module gives us real time visibility of who is on site and has helped streamline staff planning across the organisation. The managed payroll service has been a success, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing in line with UK regulations. A standout feature is the platform’s AI capability, which allows us to access and interpret workforce data quickly, through a clean and user-friendly interface. The purpose-built mobile app has been a game changer for our team members who don’t have daily access to PCs. It enables them to book holidays and view payslips from home, making HR services far more accessible and inclusive for all staff.

Cons

There is no follow up to the feedback requests we submit through the platform so we can't see what happens to the ideas we put forward. It isn't to say that changes aren't made, they are in some cases but it would be helpful to have more transparency of the road map HBHR are following in terms of development.

One of the standout features has been the robust reporting capabilities. Having tried other HR software I have to say that I think Healthbox HR is the best on the market. It has combined HR, Payroll and Timekeeping in one place saving me so much time and the business a lot of money. The support and training we have received is the best I have ever experienced in a 34 year career and I have been party to many software changes during those years. \[sensitive content hidden\] are so helpful and patient and I can't thank them enough for all the support I have received during our software change over. I highly, highly recommend this product and the company.

I have found our collaboration with HBHR a breath of fresh air. Having put several HR platforms into business, and from the very first meeting with \[sensitive content hidden\] and through the run-up to go live with clear, concise and confident direction from \[sensitive content hidden\], our data went live in no time at all. I would fully recommend this business to any HR professional, the team at HBHR are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, give them a go, you have nothing to lose other than 30 minutes of your valuable time, and like me and my valuable time, I would hope you would feel that your time was not wasted!

Pros

We were searching for a HR & Payroll Platform that met our needs being an SME in the construction industry. Having experience of other HR Systems projects, HBHR is a breath of fresh air in my opinion, the system does what it says it does and the package is all in, no add-ons, you decide what modules to use, not the £.

Cons

Although HBHR is on a journey, the same as us, I feel the only thing missing from this platform is for a business to modify the dashboard with its own branding, such as Access XD - but, I do recognise the difference between Access XD and HBHR, completely different experiences and I know I will never go back to Access XD while HBHR is available to the market. So, I would say this is not something I like least, it's just a comment of what might come later for this fantastic product.
