Pros

As a technical writer this is a key tool in my arsenal. I edit legacy documents here where the originals are lost. You can reverse engineer them to a MS Word format but this gave me mixed results. Rearranging pages, deleting some and making edits is easy and fast. This tool is peerless for that essential work.

Pros

There are lots of options for reading documents and also editing them. As the product is mature, it is reliable and I consider it an essential for my writing role. It is a pleasure to use, for the most part and represents good value.

Cons

Latest changes have moved to a subscription model and the UI changed to favor Adobe's own marketing content. This was at the expense of ease of use so I'd recommend switching back to the old look and feel. Which is still modern.

Overall, Adobe Acrobat has worked really well for me to create and edit PDFs. It is a lightweight app and seldom has issues.

Pros

It is easy to use to create PDFs and is the industry standard. It also has great features like Adobe Sign.

Cons

The cost of the product is very high. It costs as much as a Microsoft Office license which comes with way more programs. There are also other pdf products like foxit that have similar features with way less cost.

Pros

What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is all the features built in Adobe which are hard to find elsewhere. AI is helpful for finding any information on a PDF. OCR allows you to edit every part of it, especially handwritten.

Cons

Pricing feels a little expensive for solopreneurs or smaller teams, not everybody uses all the features packed on it. I would like to have a choice of which specific feature I need and only pay for it.

I have used all the pro and standard plans and didnt found any major difference , yes Acrobat pro allow to edit scan pdf means it can read ocr files but pro versions are tool expensive and I think AI will bring a major drop in their business.

Pros

It is a nice tool to have to edit pdfs without losing the formatting. For official it is still in terms of security and all.

Cons

I know pdf files were invented by Adobe but still the tool not have a simple and easy UI to edit pdfs , canva and other tools are available to edit pdf are better than even pro version.

I have made my work so much more efficient using Adobe products. Seamlessly going from different types of documents I am able to ascertain all the data I need through one software program

Pros

I work with pdf invoices all day, and the customization options from Adobe make for great project and task management. The ease of use becomes apparent as I am going through files and really earning back that value for money. Rarely do I come across any bugs and issues, especially when used for file conversion.

Cons

One of the few things I see out of Adobe is a lack of a help line for Customer Support, which would help with any rare issues that come up using the software.

I do like Adobe and I've grown accustomed to how it works. But the initial and overall cost of licensing and renewals is not sustainable for a small growing firm with a limited budget.

Pros

Adobe Acrobat is a huge tool. I've been using it for a while in different jobs and industries, and I generally think it is one of the top 10 tools of it's kind.

Cons

Adobe Acrobat has many other modules that can be incorporated or integrated with only Acrobat. This strategy allows Adobe to cost terribly expensive to obtain licensing.

Pros
