Pros It allows you to modify text and images, and fill out forms, for example, in a neat and organized way. You can also add one or more signatures that you create as if handwritten, recreating your physical signature, this is extremely useful for avoiding the need to print files, sign them, and then scan them again, which saves a lot of time and is one of its biggest advantages. It also offers electronic signatures certified by the program, complete with date and time stamps. It converts scanned documents into files that can be read and searched (OCR). It's super easy to use, every tool is easy to find, and its function is easy to understand, with icons that instantly communicate what they do. The interface is friendly and intuitive. It's useful for projects, allowing you to see who has signed and who still needs to sign a document. You can also add edits with the users you share it with, along with due dates and comments. Pros I like how it doesnot involve much if manual work, user friendly , scans all the document in seconds Cons One of the things I dislike most about Adobe Acrobat is that it often consumes plenty of RAM and is generally slow, especially on low-end PCs. Another problem is that to get access to most of Adobe Acrobat’s features, one has to pay for the software. The free version only allows to fulfill basic needs and even then, the program can be quite confusing and not intuitive enough. We can easily create, share and edit documents for our company. I love the ability to sign a document electronically as well. Very user friendly and easy to use! Adobe is my favorite software for creating documents. Pros I love Adobe. I have been using it in business for over 5 years but used it throughout my life. It is much quicker to open and send in an email. Being able to edit it works well when we need to update our logo or make changes to our business paperwork. I use this product every day I am at work. I love that you can make changes but still keep the original document for reference. Pricing is a little high but worth it for as much as I use it. I received a charge for a trial that I had cancelled before the trial date ended but contacted support and they were quick to issue a refund. Cons I wish it was a little cheaper and would like to be able to add users for a smaller amount but you have to either have a business account or pay per user. Acrobat has also been able help me with my Workflow Management and it being really easy to use. Also the User Interface of the Software itself has been great to work with. I believe that this is something I would spend money on. I believe it is worth it for the price. Cons I have not had any issues with Adobe Acrobat and have never called customer service.
