Pros I love that you’re able to sign documents electronically from your phone. Sometimes I’m out running errands and need to sign a document I’m able to do it from my phone electronically. Cons I dislike that you have to sign in before signing a document. Sometimes when I’m in a rush and need to sign a document, this can be a little frustrating. I forget my passwords often. Pros I've used Adobe products for a very long time, so this particular product seemed pretty intuitive to use. I love being able to merge and organize documents with just a few clicks. It's very easy to create forms and setting up electronic signatures is especially great when working remote. Cons Navigation tools can be hidden at first and it may be harder to locate the tools you need if you never used Acrobat before. Help files and tutorials would be necessary. Pros Adobe Sign has made remote work and electronic document transfer so much easier! Prior to the pandemic, our college department did not allow for electronic signatures on any documents. Once meeting in person became a health hazard, we started allowing the use of electronic signatures through Adobe Sign. The almost immediate notice of quick turnarounds with students and parents was very apparent. Due to this, electronic signatures are now encouraged and has made the waiting times for signed documents cut in half! Cons I have no negative comments regarding this software. It is a software and a resource I use daily and I would recommend for anyone who works in web. Pros There are several features I love about Reader. I love the feature of combining and seperating pages in a document. I love that I can prepare a form and make it web accessibly and fillable. The software is super convenient when you can't find a version of a document - as you can export a pdf to a word document with just a button. Cons I think the signature fields could be improved some, but I really have a hard time finding something I don't like about it.
