I don't always have access to a printer, as I work in a hybrid setting. This way, I save paper and ink by writing on my forms via Adobe Acrobat. Pros is SO EASY to use and makes a lot of my administration projects much simpler. I like that I don't have to print everything out in order to write on the page! The future is here! While it can do the basics of all other PDF viewers (such as web browsers), this PDF editor makes for an excellent feature set. Pros The editing features are excellent and come in great handy. Cons There isn't much that I don't like. If I had to pick something, I would choose the organization of the tools in the toolbar isn't amazing and could have better organization. Pros I like adobe because it provides a number of applications that are widely used by various stake holders. it caters for those who are creative or wants to be creative .I like the fact that they regularly review and update their products from time to time making it more interesting to use. i also like how integrated the products are allowing users to be able to import files from one application to another ..they also offer strong support to users making trouble shooting easier. Cons i find adobe to be very expensive , i have a subscription of $77, every two weeks making it quite a task for me to honor each time . as a result my subscription has been discontinued. i also find that some application is ver complicated hence making it time consuming when using. Is easy to setup and use and is available for Window and mobile devices too. Pros The best feature for me is the digital signing, it helps me a lot with different documents that needs to be signed and saves a lot of time and paper. Another features I use is the document cloud, makes it easy to manage and organize all my documents and access them from anywhere. Cons Maybe the costs, is not a deal breaker but I think is just a little high.
