I was able to digitally sign and fill out the form. I had to complete some documents for school and I had no idea how I was going to sign it until I found Adobe Acrobat Pro. Cons I found it difficult to get the hang of saving my information and converting the Microsoft Word document into a PDF file. It took me a few tries to get a hang of it. I didn't like after the trial, I couldn't use it, unless I paid for the software. I find it convenient when I'm able to book classes and find proper links for the use of this program. Pros Having the ability to edit documents, especially old documents from the 90s and older, is very convenient for the job I do. Having the ability to add in documents to already archive folders is also convenient. My company, being spilt into 2 different towns, is able to use the signature program so urgent documents wont need to wait for physical transfer. Helps us speed a lot of processes up. Cons I do find it hard to use new programs and stay up with changes as I age. It would be nice for have really quick hyperlinks for step by step videos. For it to be available on the site bars would be nice. Switched from [Microsoft 365](https://www.capterra.com/p/227157/Microsoft-365/) Microsoft is going out. It has changed significantly since earlier versions and is currently undergoing a facelift. The new interface is not intuitive and sometimes you have to search for several minutes until you find the desired tool/feature. But the quality of the product is awesome. It's one of the best Adobe programs. Paper to digital is awesome in every aspect. Pros The signature services offer a 21st century platform for PDF sharing. Cons It has sometimes caused glitches--somehow between someone sharing an email document. It’s been able to keep all of my pdf files organized and editable. Pros You can sign documents and collect signatures from many different sources. There is a file management system that allows you to organize different documents. I also like the fact that it can be used on many different platforms (mobile/desktop, iOS, Android). Creating and manage the documents with Adobe make this job easy, it is easy to use, store and edit them. Signature web form helps getting contracts signed fast without the needs to print, sign, send, receive store, everything is easy now. When it comes to creating any type of documents Adobe can do this job with ease. Cons If you can pass the AI support and get to a real person you will get help, but can be hard. I enjoy using it and I can't wait to see more features are innovated in this software. Pros I really like to use Adobe Acrobat because of its ability to convert doc file from one format to the other. Also, the ability to snip a picture and copy it is mind-blowing to me. It has helped me a lot to extract pictures and converting many of my doc filesi.e. from PDF to word. Moreover, the new feature of OCR in Adobe Acrobat is good to me has it has reduced a lot of time I spend to input data from images and a ton of money I pay freelancers to work on it. So, current since this software is still a go-to software, I don't even plan to shift to the other. Cons It is a little bit high costing but I think it worth the price for the features it offers.
