Long gone are the days when you need to email multiple people and try to obtain their signature on important documents. With acrobat sign, you can share a link to all signatories and the software takes care of the rest. The software even sends reminders when the signatories are late. This software provides the peace of mind with authenticity checks and is incredibly easy to use. Highly recommended! Cons There really isn’t anything we disliked about the software. It has a lot of good qualities but could be made more useful to writers and editors. Pros This program easily deletes content on pages you want to be left blank, especially in the header/footer. Another great feature is inserting blank pages because Word will insert a blank page, but will carry over the header/footer content that you don't want unless you want to put in a ton of section breaks that usually adds more blank pages than you want. It is also easy to sign and edit contracts. Cons The cost per month. It's a bit pricey unless you use it often. I also believe that Adobe could make this software more designable and editable instead of creating new software like Adobe InDesign that has a very high learning curve and is more complicated than most users care to venture. It's made a world of difference for my coworkers and I with our jobs. Pros There are so many features that are available. The ones that I use the most are combining files and PDF text editing. Makes everything for my job SO much easier. I am able edit documents quickly and easily. Cons There are times when it is a bit slow, and it takes time for documents to load.
