I find creating new documents easy, there are templates to use. Combining files and creating forms to be signed off on from a business perspective eliminates the need for additional signature services. Pros It is the easiest program to transfer between .pdf and .doc files. The ability to edit or combine a multiple page document is simple. Cons At times when there is a software update, it no longer communicates with the computer system and there will be error codes. usually the entire program needs uninstalled and then re-installed. Cons The hidden service installed in my machine design to gather user telemetry and prevent any use of the sotware in any situation that prevents Adobe from securing private usage information of its users. Cons The cost is quite high to unlock all the features and for a small business that requires waiver forms and other signable documents there are cheaper alternatives. It's annoying I have to pay an annual subscription for it, as what I need from it is basically the same as when I first started using it 30 years ago. Pros Always been the main software for PDF creation. Solid and reliable for when it comes to print production of design work. Mostly user friendly, and I can mostly figure things out on my own with the help of the Adobe user community. Pros I really like the ability to create, manipulate, and upload our own creative templates for our patients to fill out. The E-sign option makes it easy for PDF. I am able to use the app on my computer to create these templates (Microsoft word to PDF format, then make fillable) then upload to the online website and use as a template for patients to fill out. Cons I don't like the "mask numbers" feature; because once the numbers are masked it seems to just be for aesthetic reasons only. I cannot recover/sign in to see, etc those numbers-so what is the point? I can "download report" and see some of the numbers, but it always changes the last number-so I am left guessing what it is. This allows for employees in my organization to easily submit the proper PDF documents that are in the correct formatting. I also like the customization options, such as "Organize Pages" when creating files to move the pages very easily! Cons While Adobe's "fillable forms" feature is one of my favorite, it can be bit tricky to use and get the hang of. There are many options to customize to your liking, but knowing which is best for your form, and the limitations of each option, can be difficult.
