The OCR needs work, but I haven't found one that's better. The ability to collaborate easily is great for teams. I like the ability to create a form from most applications. Pros Adobe Acrobat DC is essential to most businesses. The ability to easily create and edit pdfs is incredible. The learning curve for this software is low. It works flawlessly for most everything concerning pdfs. The OCR is the only point of contention for me. It's not as reliable as I would like, but it is comparable with other products. Acrobat is one of the products I cannot do without. Cons The OCR is not very reliable. Sometimes, it works especially well, but the majority of the time it is just ok. It's a user friendly and a secure software. I totally recommend it to my friends. Pros The one thing that brings acrobat on top is that while sharing a document, it saves all the information rearding edits, comments along with the user who modified it. As an pro user, Esign request on mail is unique and functional feature. It allows to directly convert pdf to 9 different formats while exporting. Basic page organizing like rotate, delete, extract add are so helpful. Cons As an user I would like to add that working on adobe is still little confusing. Converting the document from microsoft word to pdf disorts the formatting. While editing the texts in pdf, sometimes the fonts didn't match. Many general features also asks for acrobat pro membership which is too much for an user. Inserting or replacing an image into pdf's should be simpler.
