Good overall experience with a few usability type hiccups. Pros Great pdf editor with lots of features. Relatively easy to use but can be a learning curve. Document signing and editing works very well. Decent value for money when buying at an enterprise level. Workflow management was good for use with multiple groups and people. Cons User interface might have a learning curve to less tech savvy people. Customer support was not hugely used. Many of our issues were resolved by us. At first, this had me intimidated, but after investing the time to understand and work with the software, It's proven to be more of an asset than burden. I have to prepare many docs on a daily basis and the prepare tool makes it extremely easy and quick to do so. Pros is what we use to open and edit almost all of our pdf documents. It's also very easy to use and get the hang of in my opinion. Cons We don't usually encounter many issues with but one that typically reoccurs every few months is a performance issue. Editing has been made super easy as opposed to other PDF editors which normally have hidden paywalls until you need to use a tool! Adobe is quite transparent so I know what I'm paying for. Converting word documents has been a god send for my work! Overall very good experience barring the layout being a bit convaluted. Pros The layout is easy to work with for the most part. Lots of handy tools when editing PDFs & also converting documents to use in the software has saved a lot of time working with it. Cons I wish the layout was a bit more tidied up. There's ways to make it cleaner by hiding things but I'd rather have a basic layout and then given an option from the start to adjust to my liking. Lots of tools I haven't and likely won't utilise. Cons What I dislike most about is the cost of the subscription plans and the lack of ease of use as compared to other programs (like Nitro PDF Pro). I also think it's over-priced. Pros I like that I can edit PDF's using the application. I like that you can sign your signature at the bottom of a document and that it freezes the content once the signature is added. Cons It's buggy. It's slow. Sometimes it doesn't save the information you enter after several pages and you have to start over. I don't like that I can't move the pages around from one monitor to another. Additionally, I like the endless possibilities of how you can customize a PDF as well. Cons The biggest con about is that it can be difficult to edit certain parts of a PDF if it is formatted a certain way. I also wish there was a guide or walkthrough on how to use Adobe Acrobat. The user functions have come a long way from when it was first introduced in the late 1990s, and the cloud-based versions provide continuous updates. Pros is THE best way to compose documents, edit them, manipulate certain components, create custom fields, and organize pages into workable documents. Cons Some of the functions are obtuse and confusing. For example, if I want to edit multiple documents via a batch edit, the user interface does not make it obvious or easy to do such a function. Or if I want to rename all documents into a certain order, there is no user-friendly way to do this. While there are forums to help in these matters, finding the answers is difficult and confusting.
