Also use it regularly to make digital signatures. Pros I have used the other .PDF programs and is by far my favorite. This may be due to years of using Acrobat reader and having familiarity, but everything seems to be in a fairly rational location. The software is also great for digital signatures when is important when you cannot sign in person. For some older documents, it is great at reading/translating the words so you can do a Ctrl+F search. Cons When a document is typed and it does not register the words so you can do a Ctrl+F search. It is something I typically use when I need to combine PDF's, change some verbiage or update a name. Pros is an important tool that is a must have for a business. Makes editing existing and creating PDF's very easy. Cons It tends to sometimes be a resource hog on my PC and brings everything to a crawl. Pros I like the ability to quickly edit and modify PDFs, as well as combine bulk files and export out into other programs. Cons There are a lot of hidden features that I'm sure would be useful to me, but you have to know about them and what secret way to get them to show up before you can use them. I like that it allows you to work within different document types. It is easy to use. Pros Adobe is a n easy, straightforward platform for viewing documents. The paid version is super easy to use for building forms, completing forms, and splicing multiple documents together into one. Cons Adobe sometimes gets in its own way. The default window with the menu options on either side of the document takes up a lot of space and makes for a busy visual upon opening. On more complex, you may need some time to figure it out, and it could be slower on very large files. Pros great for opening other files, and much better in transferring to other formats than similar applications. Very easy for signing, it will give your signature a white background, and it will easily blend in. If you need security, offers great password protection. Pros I like , it’s easy to use with a good smooth interface, I like the fact of being able to search thanks to its OCR feature and it also lets me quickly scan files. It’s also excellent for managing PDF files Cons The only downside is Acrobat is kind of heavy as a system, it takes up a lot of internal memory and sometimes it’s slow when opening certain large files. When that happens it can be a bit annoying, especially if I’m in a hurry. Pros allows me to read and fill out PDF forms and do file conversion as needed. They provide excellent value for the money with several quality customization options available to meet your needs. I've found Adobe Acrobat to be consistently easy to use through the years. I've never needed to contact customer support because I've never experienced any buds or issues, which to me speaks to the value and consistent quality of their product.
