It also integrates with my Gmail, so I can send files off easily. It is fantastic and even the emails pop up as I type them in. Pros This is a must have for any small business, the ease and functions it can do can save you SO much time as a professional! I am able to edit docs, save them, sign them, share them for signing, create forms, and so much more! Cons The only thing I do not like is that when you click something at the side you then cannot touch the document and need to click close at the top, I wish you could just click and it closed it - its a lot to move your mouse all the way to the top right - its frustrating. Pros What I liked most is the possibility of integration with MS Power Automate and Nintex Workflow Cloud. Adobe Sign offers several trigger possibilities and it has many actions available so you can easily build a business process which includes the need of electronic signatures and retrieval of signed documents for HR or Legal departments. Cons I think that licensing model is quite vague. When looking at Adobe's website for the first time, I was lost as to what are the actual costs for Adobe Sign enterprise module. I use it mainly for creating, editing, or signing PDFs. Its interface is also easy to understand and use which does not intimidate users. Pros A simple and smart software. I can easily convert Word documents to PDF files or vice versa. I also love how you can personalize and put e-signatures on your documents.
