### "Adobe, an everyday tool"

May 25, 2025

5.0

Overall, Adobe Acrobat is a tool I use everyday to view, edit, comment, e-sign, and print my PDFs. It's something I go back to everyday.

Pros

I love to use Adobe Acrobat as an editing tool for my PDFs. It allows me print, edit, comment PDFs in an efficient way.

Cons

The free version limits the user from using a lot of tools and the price to unlock these features are expensive.

### "Great for Everyday Use!"

October 27, 2023

5.0

Pros

There is such an ease to sending out documents for customers to sign electronically. It can literally all be done in one spot with Adobe. The customers love that documents can just be sent via email and they are returned to us in that same fashion. We use this all day everyday!

Cons

Some of the updates were a little difficult to get a hold of at first, but it just took more time of using the program with the updates in place.

### "Adobe Fan! "

March 12, 2025

4.0

Overall, I like the product. Very user friendly - not overly complicated - easy to navigate.

Pros

I really like the ability to forward documents for signature similiar to docusign. I use it when issuing documents to our field staff in construction.

Cons

The process for adding other documents. Its cumbersome to open the doc- open the side panel- then open the other one- open the side panel - select the pages and drag them to the first doc. The design is awkward.

### "Adobe Acrobat: the only PDF management software you need"

February 28, 2025

5.0

I love Adobe. I use it every day to view and edit PDFs. It also is a huge time saver to be able to convert and export PDFs as an excel file

Pros

Adobe is my go to for any PDF needs. The tools make it a highly versatile tool for creating, editing, and viewing PDFs.

Cons

The placement of the floating tool widget can take up too much space that would be better used to see the document

There are many more tools offered by Adobe and I like that Adobe has an option for Web based but also has the separate program.

### "Automated forms has enlarged my professionalism"

June 26, 2025

5.0

It makes the documents look professional with powerful OCR and editing equipment however large rich graphics files can bring down performance.

Pros

The OCR in Acrobat makes it a breeze to get scanned contracts in a searchable, editable document. I apply it every day to replace wording, rearrange pages and then share.

Cons

I sometimes encounter lagging when loading huge files with tons of images. When editing or page swapping the program may freeze to a few seconds.

### "L'application n°1 pour les PDF"

May 26, 2025

5.0

J’UTILISE ADOBE ACROBAT POUR MODIFIER, SIGNER ET ORGANISER MES PDF AU QUOTIDIEN. SUPER COMPLET, MÊME SI UN PEU TROP POUR DES TÂCHES SIMPLES.

Pros

PERMET D’ÉDITER DU TEXTE, DE SIGNER ET DE FUSIONNER DES FICHIERS FACILEMENT. LA MISE EN PAGE RESTE NICKEL MÊME APRÈS CONVERSION. PARFAIT POUR GÉRER DES DOCS COMME UN PRO.

Cons

L’ABONNEMENT EST CHER SI ON UTILISE JUSTE LES FONCTIONS DE BASE. ET L’INTERFACE PEUT FAIRE PEUR AU DÉBUT.

### "Maybe it’s not worth the money"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Pros

Adobe Acrobat is a great document management tool for any kind of professional. It offers powerful collaboration features and I loved the most the history of opened documents.

Cons

Unfortunately, it costs a lot. I would say that it's super powerful and brings all the features you will look for at one point or another, but if the price is to be considered, use Word with ilovePDF for it is lacking.

Easy and convenient tool for my business documents. User friendly and intergratable with other software, such as Microsoft 365.

Pros

It has so many functions for creating, sending and maintaining documents. You can even add security to files, edit pdf files and collaborate with your team members easily.

Cons

That you must pay for basic services such as creating fill-in documents.

### "Very Useful "

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, Adobe Acrobat has been very helpful to me. I have used it numerous times to change files from a .png to a .jpeg, etc.

Pros

Adobe Acrobat as a chrome extention is very useful. It is easy to use and edit files. It is also easy to change file formats. Great value for money.

Cons

It is not as user friendly as I would like it to be. Sometimes the formatting is confusing and can create issues.

### "Great program, worth the money"

December 13, 2024

4.0

In most cases, Adobe Acrobat is easy to use and exceptionally good at handling PDFs. I use it a lot for making forms and I have no complaints.

Pros

Exceptional functionality with an easy-to-use interface. It's easy to navigate and can do basically anything imaginable with a PDF

Cons

The OCR function is less than perfect. I find that it struggles pulling text from images or trying to read handwriting much more that some other (often free) options.

### "Good but Could be Better"

June 2, 2025

4.0

Fair. Its a good product but can be improved. I think overall it works great but there are some features I wish were different

Pros

I like the ability to view and edit pdfs. I also like how user friendly it is. I can find the buttons I am looking for easily.

Cons

I wish it would open in the browser I am using, not in a separate program. Having to open a separate window doesn't feel as cohesive to my workflow as I would like.

### "Adobe mixed benefits"

July 8, 2025

tools are helpful , interface is very poor , overall average experience as other apps with premium can give same benefits

Pros

Editing tools, E-signature tools, different format files that don't open in other apps cab be accessible on Adobe Acrobat

Cons

The interface is very poor, not very user friendly, sometimes even if you have premium it takes time to use

### "Powerful approach to PDFs"

July 10, 2025

4.0

Pros

I downloaded the free version of Adobe Acrobat for a fully-online class at my University. It was a sociology course in which we were required to annotate snippets from academic journals, using Acrobat's ability to connect margin comments to areas we highlighted. I found these tools to be super useful for marking up my assignments before turning them in, as my professor could just scroll through and check my work. Some of the PDFs were 50+ pages long, and it didn't cause any crash or clunkiness.

Cons

Although I had no problems working with large PDFs once they were loaded in, they did sometimes take a while to do so as the page count rose. The free version is limited, and there seems to be a lot of push in the direction to upgrade for more useful features.

### "You get what you expect"

May 15, 2025

Adobe Acrobat gets the job done, and pretty much owns the PDF space

Pros

Fantastic tool that makes accessing, editing, and reading pdfs easy.

Cons

Adobe tends to make their products/suite full of bloat, and licensing is not fun.

### "Adobe Acrobat is ... Alright"

April 10, 2025

3.0

Overall, my experience with Adobe Acrobat is average. It is nice that you can customize text, fonts, add/upload images, and other creative assets to build a report or high-profile document.

Pros

Adobe Acrobat is useful for manipulating imported documents and files and customizing the look and feel of reports based on your preferences.

Cons

Sometimes, the program gets "glitchy" and will not let me edit elements right away. Sometimes I have to hit "Save" and it will let me move forward.

### "Great edit feature"

June 17, 2025

I use Adobe pro for work. I scan many old document and adobe really helps with straightening the pages and alignment of the text. Its also able to recognize text which is useful when i need to copy text from the scan.

Pros

I like the ability to edit text, combine files and pages, the search feature, and the commenting feature. I also love the corrections it makes to files that are scanned. It aligns and recognizes text.

Cons

The free version has a few basic functions but it's not much helpful when editing and scanning old documents.

### "Industry Standard"

March 4, 2025

3.0

Pros

It allows you to manage the PDF files within the most common tasks: merge, split, compress, convert, etc, although most of these features are only available in the Pro (paid) version. It is Tier1 application when we talk about PDF editors - probably the most well-known PDF application. It offers some security features like password encryption/protection. It is available in different desktop/mobile platforms. It's integrated in Adobe Cloud.

Cons

Is one of the most expensive PDF tools in the market. It runs slow in old computers. Most of the "cool" features are only available in the Pro version (the free version only allows you to view and comment the documents. All the editing or conversion options are not allowed).

### "Adobe Acrobat Review"

April 10, 2025

2.0

Not good! I use it because I have to and I am sure there are many just like me in that position. Adobe updating this software would do wonders. It has a lot of promising features, but it's just so unintuitive and difficult to use.

Pros

It has some redeemable features. Creating editable PDFs is nice, and it's a better default PDF viewer than in a browser.

Cons

Very glitchy and difficult to use. Editable PDFs are nice once they are complete, but creating them is very tedious. For instance, if I have multiple questions with radio buttons, it's difficult to create new buttons that don't automatically sync with the last question. Opening files can be a disaster at times. Just unresponsive, even when I open them from Finder on Mac. Adobe's worst product by a mile. Slows down my computer, as well.
