Overall experience has been really good however, it would be better if some of the features could come as part of OpManager base license such as Application Manager , IPAM etc.

Pros

1.) OpManager GUI is really good and the UI is very easy to manage. 2.) Support is also good and we get back a response quite quickly.

Cons

1.) OpManager does not support VPN tunnels monitoring using SNMP. We have to configure the alert using Regex pattern.

Reasons for choosing ManageEngine OpManager

Because we were using Zoho cloud service desk and It has a good integration.

Pros

I'm trying to learn I'm managing OpManager for a client, but I'm having a lot of trouble. I'd like to review the videos of these lessons, but I haven't received them.

Cons

I don't know. I'm trying to assimilate what I'm learning. I would like to have a test environment to run tests on
