It delivers excellent value for money with robust device management, reliable SNMP monitoring, and solid asset management, along with good security features. However, it has a noticeable learning curve, and customization and configuration can be complex and time-consuming at times. **Pros:** What I liked most about ManageEngine OpManager is its excellent device management, proactive real-time performance tracking across networks, servers, VMs, applications. It provides reliable SNMP monitoring and also provides solid asset management, and good security features, making it very effective for keeping track of our entire infrastructure. I also loved the User-friendly interface and customizable dashboards **Cons:** What I liked least is the steep learning curve and the time-consuming customization and configuration.
