I love not having to download images and uploading them onto ebay. I also like that there is some basic calculation happening, from a margin POV. Pros HGR is good piece of software for the sort of steps it obfuscates from the seller: grabbing images, calculating markup based on pre-defined rules. Cons Where it needs improving is that the software doesn't always register the page it needs to grab, so you have to click the google extension multiple times to get it to grab the things you need. The image optimisation aspect could also be improved, as it doesn't not work reliably either. Oh, and variants - because ebay doesn't allow a images from multiple sources, listings with variants are often lacking a default image - this is something HGR could bake into their variants process. Plus having direct access to UK based suppliers is a very big deal Pros HGR is very affordable,customer service was quick to respond and very helpful in resolving my issues. With a very easy and beginner friendly user interface, it is quiet easy to grasp. Cons There is no display of received orders on the dashboard. I wish this will be done as it will make it easy to know if one has got an order in one glance and which shop or store has got the order. Imagine having multiple stores and having to check each one in turn to know if you have got an order. So displaying orders and what store has got the order on the dashboard will be very helpful. The setup/startup is incredibly well considered and well designed, it is almost impossible to fail. For those who prefer it, it is an advantage that HGR doesnt mingle with the Item description or Item Specifics once you import the product to your sales channel. Cons The fact that you cant change the item description or the item specifics after import is a problem for me, as well as the high price!
